Soft, fluffy, colorful, less toxins, washable and an amazing price. Really? Buy it! The pad itself is sturdy too. The only thing, maybe let it air dry after machinr wash because the rug does loose that- fluffy softness if you wash it incorrectly or dry it on high heat.

I ordered 2 of these rugs and at first they were very nice and so soft but after a year they are definitely far from their original appearance. The nice thing is that you can wash them in the washer which was a huge plus but be aware that they do get matted. Vacuuming has become very complicated as the top and bottom of the carpet are separated and get caught in the vacuum and pull the rug. I would not recommend this rug to anyone unless it is out in a very low traffic area. Update: I was contacted by the vendor and They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. With this type of customer service we would be willing to try more of their products.

At first I was concerned as the packaging were small boxes for the size of area rugs, but then upon opening saw it was vacuum sealed! Love the color of both the 4x6 and 2x3 area rug (true to description) Both are very soft and feel great barefoot!!! I can see why some rate it as not being for high traffic area as it is very thin. I had to take off 1 star because it does have a VERY strange and pungent chemical odor...probably because of the vacuum seal??? Aside from the odor (which i hope goes away after a day or two) it is as advertised. I see no curling on edges, quality seems good...on the 4x6 i wish i had ordered bigger as it seems a bit small (but does measure accurately). Overall satisfied with purchase and would recommend for a NON HIGH TRAFFIC area.

This rug looks great in my living room! The padding is thinner than I expected but the shag is great under my feet! I have all tile in my house but I like carpet under my feet in the living room. It took a few days to "shape up" because it comes tightly packed. It is amazing after a few days, though. It is very soft and pretty. The color matched the Amazon pics. I love this rug!

We love the rug. You get what you pay for. Got the 9x12 dark gray for our livingroom. We have 3 small kids, 2 cats. As great and comfy as it is, it is not good for high traffic/use. It is NOT easily cleaned, I have tried 3 different vacuums. The shag is wearing down after a few months, and there are puffs of the shag everywhere.

This rug could work in some locations. It is not good for areas that are high traffic, or places where pets or children spend any amount of time. It is very challenging to vacuum or clean this rug. The shag is longer than I anticipated, and the pad underneath is thicker around the edges than in the middle. That said, it is a very nice looking rug, and very comfy. It just wasn't what I was expecting from the description, and it won't work in the area. I was planning to place it.
