Bought this back in August of 2021 and just recently bought a new one after 1 1/2 years. I have a iPhone 12 and suppose to fit the 12 and 12 pro. Went with this case cause i wanted something reliable but not bulky. The case is a nice size, easy to slide in and out my pocket. I’d say it’s a Good size for most people that the phone still feels comfortable in your hand. I was very hesitant about how bulky it would be and wasn’t disappointed. The rubber layer, on the buttons it’s pretty thick and i personally struggled a bit sometimes to get it to work that i was patient enough to wait for it break in that i started to using my nail and ended up digging into the rubber of all buttons and even the socket to switch to vibrate had to dig in there to switch it. Overtime the rubber does start wearing out so dust/dirt will tend to get in between the case and the phone and will potentially scratch the phone as it did to mine. It’s only two small a scratched at the edge of the top of the phone. Also the port protection probably ripped off after about 4-6 months? But that’s due to me using my phone so much and having to charge it and still using it which made it wear out faster so i think for someone who’s not always on there phone it’ll definitely last longer than it did for me. The plastic is good but could be better. If you drop it in the bottom the plastic is the first to take the impact which will probably crack as it did for me on two spot. Can’t recall when the crack by the camera happen as i only recently noticed it when buy this for the second time. The first crack in the bottom corner happened around the 1 year mark but if you look at my photos i can easily pop it back in place and keep using it without issue. There’s also a small thin plastic that goes in front of the port protection that broke off around 6 months of having it. The plastic is pretty durable, you’d really have to put some force on it to dig into the plastic so small scratches are not really a thing to worry about. If your responsible with not dropping your phone, almost any line of work that’s not construction, i definitely suggest this case if you don’t want a bulky case. For those who work in a more active line of work like huge construction job sites, i recommend upgrading to “DEFENDER” series case. Those are the cases my job has on our work phones and they’re pretty bulky. If you’re someone who’s slightly clumsy, i suggest this case. Overall a great case if you want something reliable, looks great and isn’t bulky. This was based off my experience and other will have their own that probably won’t align with mine. I looked at the reviews before buying it the first time and some people broke it within 3 months from what i recall. it still depends how active your are and what environment your in. If your a office worker, this case will most likely last you a few years compares to someone who’s in a environment that can get pretty filthy and is fast pace. It also depends on how you take care of you things. It’s going to happen to everyone at some point so if you really want more protection with sacrifice of it’s look and size, i suggest upgrade to the defender series or get two cases and swap them for work and off work. Silly but it’s an investment on saving your self the hassle of having to fix a phone or a get a new phone. Update May 2024: Recently had to replace my case again this time it was pretty beat up. Same broken spots as before. Lasted me a good year and honestly could’ve gone longer but looked too messy to be carrying around. I still give this case 5/5 stars. I drive for work and visited construction sites and move heavy equipment and often have my phone on me and risk dropping it a lot. Luckily I’m not clumsy but have dropped it from inside the truck on to the floor outside a couple of times. Maybe like a 4ft drop? Takes the impact no problem, i don’t drop my phone to often and even so i don’t walk around carelessly thinking this case is going to protect it. Even with a bulkier case, it’s important to remember phones still can have internal damage so don’t expect it to completely protect your phone. At the end of the day you are your phones best protection. As i mentioned i recently upgraded cases and did not purchase this case again. Reason being that I’m pretty good with not dropping my phone and this is a bit too bulky to support wireless battery back charging. As i bought a wireless battery pack and could only use it if i remove the case which then I’d have to carry separately in my pocket. It works with a wireless desk charger, just have to position it right. Not sure about other types of wireless desk chargers but the one i have at home definitely needs to be positioned correctly to pick it up. I still recommend this case for anyone looking for extra protection but something not to bulky. I have changed to the “jetech” magnetic case. its a very thin case and will eventually make a review on that.

Love the color, fits iPhone 12 perfectly, is very sturdy, and it’s not slippery in your hand. Good value, function, and design. My son loves it.

Seems like all iPhones are very slick, hard to keep a grip on one. This case solves that problem. It seems to be very tough and protects the phone very well. This case was easier to install than other cases I've owned, but it is not loose and stays put. Volume buttons work through the case but the sleep/wake button on the right side is harder to push now.

Great quality, looks super cute, wonderful for the price , love the fact that it’s a double case meaning it’s a rubber under case with a hard cover that attaches. This makes it extra protective which I love and it has a cover over the charger which is amazing because it keeps it safe and clean. The buttons are slightly hard to press on the side but considering the protection of the case it fully makes sense. Overall love it!

i’ve had this case for a week now. case is thick and seems nice and sturdy, buttons feel nice, the two grippy parts on the back are great, only problem is that they don’t really stop the phone from sliding if you try to prop it up. im new to iphone so the smaller size is hard to adjust to, but this case makes it a little bit bigger, which fits my hand better. charging port protector flap feels like it will last a while. overall clean look, will probably go with OtterBox from now on.

I’m a fairly clumsy person, and as soon as I got my iPhone 12 Pro around Christmas of the year it released, I knew immediately that I would need a case. My basic apple case barely held up for a month as I searched for a good enough case for my phone, when I saw it. This case was exactly what I needed. The texture on the plastic was simple yet beautiful. The rubber around the sides and biking through the back gave the perfect amount of grip. The size barely altered the feel of the phone in my hand. Best of all, it protected my phone when I accidentally dropped it, and continued to do so every time I dropped it for whatever reason. The plastic may have cracked and chipped over time, but that’s to be expected if you drop it. After all, it’s cheaper to replace the case than the whole phone. But even after the case started to crack, it still protected my phone well. Even as damaged as the case is in the photos, it still protected my phone. It didn’t matter what I dropped it on, concrete, cement, hardwood, tile, or asphalt, the case held up, and left my screen unharmed. I bought a new one of this exact case because I know how well it holds up, and how it feels in the hand. I’ve trusted OtterBox to protect my phone since I had the iPhone 6s, and will continue to do so in the future.

For the value of this case, the quality and durability is quite unmatched. Not to mention the overall look and feel of the case is quite smooth and pleasing to the eye. Even though the exterior of the case has smooth portions, the gripped areas are quite good at keeping the phone in your hand. The overall thickness of the phone case is not a burden when putting it in your pocket making it even better.

These cases for perfect for my teens who tend to drop, flip and flop their phones. They last and protect these super expensive phones. Who wants to have to replace them? Not me! this is a great protector. Comes in a variety of colors.

Si eres descuidado y “brusco” con tu teléfono como yo, esta es la funda ideal para ti. Ha soportado un par de caídas y además se ve bastante bien para ser funda de alto impacto. Me gusta mucho que tiene tamaño suficiente para que puedas apoyar el telefono (bo arriba o boca abajo) y no se raye o raspe la camara o pantalla principal. Me agrada mucho que tiene un “tapón” que protege la entrada del cargador, por lo que se ensucia poco y no se mete la suciedad y pelusas que después evitan que se cargue con facilidad. El unico contra es que es los botones son un poco duro (volumen y bloqueo). Pero jada excesivo.

Always bought Otterbox and always been happy. Sadly not the case with this iPhone 12 cover. I’ve had it 6 months. Working from home it’s hardly left the house. Pulled my phone out of my pocket today and the corner came off the case (see photo). Very poor design!
