A pleasure to use but be careful. The lid handle gets hot and you'll need a mit to open the lid while cooking. And be careful not to touch the pot handle too high up towards the cooking. It gets hot too. But further away from the pan, the handle stays cool. I cooked an egg cheese omelet which came out perfectly. Even the overspill of cheese in the pan slipped right out of the pan onto my plate. And I like the slot on the side for air pressure escape that holds the spatula in place. It prevents a spill over while cooking. The spatula is also great to use. It won't scratch the pan while cooking. Cleaning the pan was easy. And, it only took a moment to clean the non-stick pan surface. The pan is well balanced and durable. And the weight is quality as expected. The color is beautiful. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Click to play video This pan has seriously changed the game for me. To pre-face, I’ve never bought a high-end pan before. The Always was a long awaited splurge for me and it was 100% worth it. Right from getting it out of the box I was impressed. The blue salt shade is stunning and looks super sleek. Love the additional accessories too, everything felt very bespoke and beautiful. Presentation was truly a 10 out of 10. That being said, I was a little anxious about performance (in my experience, it’s just about impossible to find cookware that looks good and is also functional lol). But the best part? This pan does everything, and it works like a dream from the built-in colander to the premium field to the nonstick. I made some scrambled eggs and sautéed veggies for my first run, and then nonstick is no joke. The eggs slid right off, no sticking at all. Cleanup was a breeze, too, which is a huge win in my book. Another thing – It’s oven safe up to 450°F. Crispy chicken thighs from the stove to the oven all in one pan? Yeah, I’ll take it. One of the main pushing factors for me was the fact that this pan is supposed to “replace to 10 pieces of cookware“. It’s supposed to braise, sear, steam, strain, sauté, fry, boil, bake, and sit pretty. And it does! The only test I’ve yet to give it is the test of time, but for now, I am through all that this new addition to my kitchen and genuinely surprised at all the pans (and trays and pots even) That it’s replaced. I wasn’t expecting such a high-level of value, but the Always Pan has seriously been a game changer. For anyone reading this, just go for it! It’s easily my favorite thing in my kitchen, my kitchen now.

After sending back a carbon steel pan that warped I chose to try ceramic. All I can say is ‘wow’. Surprised at its versatility although I won’t use it on high heat in the oven. Eggs slipped around like a skating rink. Sautéed veggies and meats were perfect and the heat easily controllable. Looks amazing on the stovetop with that beautiful lid. Even my wife doesn’t mind it sitting there all the time since it is a bit awkward to store. Too early to comment on durability but so far so good.

The color is very nice, the pan itself w the stirring spatula that sits in the handle is very efficient. Iys not a heavy pan, the lid fits over the handle and stirring spatula very nicely. And it comes w a steaming basket!! All this and its not a heavy pan. The handle does not get hot. It does not stick, cleaning was a snap. Easy to use, preheat your pan as instructed - cook and it can go into the oven. The pan is as described. A beautiful addition to my cooking pans.
