We fostered to permanently adopt 2 dogs. They both have fast eating struggles due to not having had food prior to rescue. Durable, thick, non slip bottom, easy to wash by hand ( had to do multiple small meals through day) also dishwasher safe. We bought this with the Holiday sales and it was a really good value for the money spent. The nicest part is that a cat or other fur baby/animal can benefit from using this slow feeder bowl. Cat gut health is important and this truly helps also for them in not binge eating also. The colors are really fun bright and nice for identification of individual pet food need. This definitely slows my dog down and I like the rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slide. It's made of plastic but it feels pretty sturdy. The size chart is accurate for how much food it holds.

So I have bought one slow feeder bowl for my golden rottie because he thinks there's food have to scarf it down in 2 seconds. My husband recently got me an American pit bull terrier puppy and he was getting so bad about not chewing his food and I bought this bowl for him to get him to slow down. So I chose this one because the one I had bought or my other fur baby wasn't available. The size.of this bowl is really good for a small dog and puppies but I wouldn't recommend for medium to large breed dogs. It's nice hard plastic easy to use and it comes right out.of the box . It's very sturdy and I haven't had any issues with my pit.puppy trying to chew on the bowl. But with all this said it's difficult to add.food on the outer edge of the bowl and it will take you some.time.to pour the food in. I don't mind taking the extra time but Kane has an issue with it when he's hungry and wants his food. Also if.you have a larger bred of dog or puppy this bowl will not last you long and you will have to buy another bowl when they get older and bigger. But is a nice well put.together slow feeder.

I have two dogs, both rescues. Now they're spoiled and get raw food, which they absolutely love. Coming from backgrounds where there was neglect, poor quality food, etc. my dogs get especially excited for meal time. I thought my older dog was a fast eater, then we recently adopted the puppy and her entire bowl is gone in one or two gulps. I decided to get them both a slow feed bowl and decided on this one based on the price and reviews. They just had their first meal with the new bowls, and these definitely work! Meal time lasted 2-3 minutes (haha), better than 30 seconds! My husband even walked in the kitchen while the puppy was eating and couldn't believe it. Definitely a great purchase for fast eaters! They seem really durable and have a non slip bottom too.

My dog LOVES eating and acts like it's the only meal she will ever get. I love that this gives her a chance to slow down and I feel it's challenging and stimulating for her too. She still eats quickly but she no longer gags because she inhaled her food too fast. I also sometimes put peanut butter in it to make her work for a treat. It's very sturdy and doesn't slide.

Es lo máximo para mi bulldog francés, lo único es que es medio tedioso lavarlo por los cuadritos, pero en verdad está muy práctico, y el precio está bastante accesible en comparación a Petco o a tiendas de mascotas comerciales.

Ayuda mucho a mi cachorrito a comer con calma y le entretiene sacar el alimento de las ranuras. También es muy fácil de lavar, no queda alimento pegado, es estable y de excelente material. Muy recomendable.

Mi perro está en dieta y como le restringí la cantidad de alimento al final se la pasaba chillando porque quería más cantidad...además de colmo, se comía todo muy rápido. Este plato ayuda a que coma más lento y al parecer eso ayuda a que se sienta más "satisfecho" o al menos ya no chilla al terminar jaja Muy buena compra!
