I’m officially obsessed with my Owala water bottle! It keeps my water cold for hours, even on hot days, and the double-wall insulation really makes a difference. The flip-top design is convenient and leak-proof, so I can toss it in my bag without worrying about spills. Plus, the straw and chug lid combo is genius—I can switch between sipping or chugging depending on the activity. It’s also super easy to clean, and the variety of colors is a fun bonus. I have had this water bottle for around a year now and it is, by far, my favorite water bottle to date!! I honestly purchased it without doing a lot of research, only because it was popular amongst all of the other healthcare workers and highly recommended. Well, it did not disappoint! It is a good size. I got the 32 oz and while some say it doesn’t fit in their cup holder, mine does! (I have a 2017 Honda accord) But even if it didn’t fit, I could throw it in the seat or my bag and it does not leak at all. I love how the straw is built inside the cup and is not exposed to the elements and all of the germs. I wasn’t a huge Stanley girl because of this reason, in just felt like it was unsanitary , even with a straw cover. I don’t have that issue with this cup! My beverage is kept cold for hours and I find myself taking this thing everywhere! I pick this up over all other cups I own. The only thing I will say is that if you get the white, it can stain when using flavor water packets, specifically the red. But it mostly came out in the dishwasher. This is not a deal breaker for me but I would probably buy another color if given the chance. I highly recommend this water bottle!

I like carbonated water, so I installed a reverse osmosis filter and bought a sparkling water maker. Now I just need a nice water bottle. One that won’t leak due to pressure, and one that will keep the water cool. And that’s how this story begins. #0 - Bottles that come with Soda Stream or Philips soda maker are great as they won’t leak, but they also don’t keep water cool as they are not insulated. #1 - Owala - description says that you shouldn’t use it for carbonated drinks, but if not using the straw this bottle works fairly well. It worked for a long time before it started leaking if I carbonate water a lot. Five stars as it’s the most convenient bottle yet and they clearly say to not do what I’ve been doing. In terms of holding carbonated water, it has third place here. #2 - Takeya - No mention about carbonated drinks in the description. Leaks from day 1. It seems to hold water cold the longest out of all the bottles, but having a screw-on cap/lid I thought it should work well. Even if I use all my force to close it and put it upside down, it will immediately leak. I can even hear the pressure escaping after pouring freshly carbonated water and closing it. #3 - Sigg - “The Shield ONE is fully spillproof. Enjoy your favourite drinks even juice or carbonated ones as this SIGG water bottle resists it all.” and yet it leaks. Can’t put it inside the bag next to papers and laptop. Zero stars as they clearly promised something and the bottle didn’t deliver. Lid is closed by a tiny tab just like #1, so I didn’t have much trust in it from the beginning. #4 - Thermos FJK-1000 - “Screw type bottles for carbonated beverages. Twist the lid slightly to release pressure and open the lid easily”. It doesn’t leak, but putting on the cap is really annoying. It’s easy to cross-thread the cap and requires a fairly large amount of rotations before it’s secured. This bottle takes second place on this ranking. Spout is also fairly large so it’s easier to spill the water than other bottles. #5 - Parnoo - weirdly enough, cheapest bottle here (not including #0) and yet it does its job the best. I had it for the longest time and it never leaked. Has medium sized spout, so it’s not as convenient to drink from it as #1, #2, or #3, but smaller (and therefore better) than #4. One thing I don’t like that much is that the ice I have doesn’t fit. This is my favorite bottle here, one that I used the longest, and one that was the most reliable. So in terms of holding cold carbonated water, ranking from best to worst looks like: #5, #4, #1, #2, #3. If you don’t want carbonated drinks, then #1 is the most convenient to use.

Play Video Quality: Took this for a test drive in hot summer in Asia. This was hands down my best travel item I purchased. High quality, no after taste, it didn’t get stinky like I found with other top way more expensive brands. I got the boot for it and it helps grip it as well. Hook on it is handy to hook on travel backpacks. This was very handy at the airport. Even in the sun I found the top grip and the boot is high quality because it hasn’t melted or peeled at all. Cleaning: Super easy! Ring comes off, top comes off, little pad that seals the drinking spout comes off. I love this because I know it’ll always be completely clean. I’ve had more expensive bottles grow mould even with using cleaning tablets. I’m a germaphobe so this is saying a lot!

Me llegó tres días antes de lo estimado, en perfecto estado. Aún no lo he probado pero a simple vista es precioso, se nota demasiado la calidad, es grueso y el color es bonito, lo recomiendo demasiado 10/10 😍😍

Vamos lá, primeiramente que eu AMEI a garrafa, estava super ansiosa pela chegada dela e não me arrependo em absolutamente NADA de ter comprado. Ela mantém a água gelada por MUITO tempo(se você for como eu q é curioso em saber quando tempo exatamente, um ótimo exemplo foi que eu coloquei água nela SEM GELO ás 16 da tarde e no dia seguinte ás 8 horas quando acordei ainda estava gelada como se tivesse acabado de sair do filtro d'água, lembrando que meu filtro tem agua gelada). O canudo dela é sensacional e super prático, mas também recomendo comprar uma daquelas escovinhas pra limpar. Além disso, ela é muito linda e grande. Eu comprei a de 945ml e tá perfeita pra mim, já que tem uma alça e o material externo da garrafa não é escorregadio ao toque. Agora falando dos pontos negativos, o único ponto negativo que eu tenho a mencionar aqui sobre essa garrafa é a entrega. Vi muitas pessoas reclamando sobre a demora da entrega e realmente aconteceu comigo também, o prazo pra envio é ENORME, acredito que seja por causa da quantidade de pessoas que compram essa garrafa, então demorou MUITO pra enviarem, aprox um mês. A entrega em si depois do envio foi de uma semana +/-, então acredito que seja mesmo uma coisa de estoque. O problema é que a garrafa deveria vir numa caixa de papelão, forrada por dentro e tudo mais. Mas na verdade ela veio dentro de um saquinho sem nada, só a garrafa, envelopado por um pacotinho com uma camada DUVIDOSA de papel bolha. Acredito inclusive que esse tenha sido o motivo do arranhão da foto(é pequeno, bem pequeno, e fica na parte de baixo, praticamente nem dá pra notar, principalmente depois que eu comprar aquele molde de silicone pra botar na garrafa). Enfim, o produto é perfeito, mas pecam bastante na forma como enviaram, e nem é pela demora, mas sim pelos danos causados aos produtos, visto que mais gente aqui teve o mesmo problema.

I bought this Owala's 40oz Shy Marshmallow color and have been so happy with the product. If you're thinking of buying a reliable, leak-proof water bottle, this might be the one. Design: It has a minimal yet calming design. It's nothing fancy, but it's still pretty cool. The handle sticks out, which makes it easy to hold (and no, it’s not that heavy). It fits perfectly in my backpack’s side pocket. Gulp and straw feature: This feature blew my mind and was a major reason behind my purchase. I can happily sip water while walking, and the best part is the straw is not left uncovered, as there is a lid to cover up the sipping area. Leak-proof: Oh! Even a single drop of water doesn’t escape from the bottle. Too convenient!! Good insulation: Water stays cold for more than 24 hours, which is extremely useful during these scorching Canadian summers. The only draw drawback is that 40oz doesn’t fit in the car's cupholder. It wasn’t a big drawback for me as I can keep it on the back seat or in my lap since it’s leak-proof. And is it worth the price? Every single penny! I was skeptical about buying it because of its price, but it was worth it, and I am looking to add more to my collection in the future. (Enjoy the pictures)
