This powder mixes very easily into creamy, delicious peanut butter with dark chocolate mixed right in. It brings a new high to pbj sandwiches. Fantastic on crackers. Fantastic for licking off the spoon. And almost no fat. Great product.

I LOVE this stuff!! I use it in protein shakes, in oatmeal, as a peanut butter supplement on toast and in sandwiches, for everything I can really! I liked it so much that I tried switching to PBfit for that extra protein, but I couldn't stand the flavor... so back to PB2 I went! It's a great source of protein (1g for every 10 calories) and tastes better than most natural peanut butters. Throw a little honey onto it and it tastes just like the real thing!

I really like the chunky PB2 a lot better than the regular. The chunky gives it a more authentic taste. I find that eating plain(after mixing it with water, of course) isn’t as palatable as using it as a spread. I spread mine on toast, bagels, and pita bread, and it passes well enough for peanut butter. Some people mix it in smoothies, and I can see that working well. All in all, it’s not quite as tasty as actual peanut butter, but it’s a fair enough substitute. Make sure your powder to water ratio is correct. My first attempts were way too watery. You end up using less water than you think you should, but believe me less is more.

I LOVE this product. Low calorie, great taste. It has a lower sugar content than regular peanut butter. I use this powered pb with cocoa in many different recipes and they always turn out great. It was so worth it to me to get the bigger bucket as I use this stuff everyday so I go through the bin quickly.

Maybe about 4.5 stars, but that's only because it's not actual peanut butter and there's nothing we can do about that (other than reach for real pb), so I won't knock a star for that. For a substitute (and honestly in general), it is fantastic. I love that the only ingredient is peanuts so I feel good about consuming it, and it's great to offer a peanut butter-like taste when I want something subtler or less heavy. I've tried it a few ways so far: as a simple snack after mixing with water (9/10), mixed in with yogurt (10/10), mixed with oatmeal (10/10), and I even tried using it to make peanut noodles (5/10). This last one needs some work, but I believe it has great potential! My peanut noodles were too watery/the flavor was lost in the other ingredients, so next time I plan to use more powder and make a thicker paste to see if that helps. It might just be that that particular kind of recipe just really does need the real thing. But again, I am really pleased with this product and can see that it has a lot of yummy applications!
