Omg these two together works! I’m lighter and no longer bloated. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and I’m down 3 pounds. I was actually really shocked. I love the probiotic for sure. Has helped me with everything. I had gas, bloating indigestion, low energy and horrible food cravings. I finally feel great again. My pants fit comfortably and I think I have dropped a few LBS. I can’t say much for the digestion enzymes. They don’t really do much after a meal. But maybe that’s because the probiotic is working. Either way I recommend if you are considering. Best one I have tried so far

There isn't really a taste to it in my opinion... it's in a capsule... Everyone talks about bowel movement going crazy, I don't know what they're talking about.... Does not work for me, not worth your money to be honest. Don't let TikTok influence you.. It does not do what the Tiktokers say it do...
