This probiotic works well for me. I will be on an antibiotic for life so I need a probiotic that I can trust. I take one capsule per day several hours after I take the first antibiotic, which is several hours before the second antibiotic of the day. My physician advised me that the antibiotic will counteract the probiotic if I did not separate the two. I was having issues before I started taking a probiotic. I originally started with a gummy probiotic, but there is was too much sugar in the gummy, and it got old chewing two gummies per day. This capsule is once per day, so it is easier. I have found physicians are not very good at advising of the importance of the probiotic when taking antibiotics unless you question, so I hope this helps someone else.
