I like this product. It gave me plenty of farts, which it's supposed to do for few days. I take this along with inulin(prebiotics). I now have better digestive tract and feel better. Brain fog seems to getting better as well as improvements on short-term memory. But be careful when you open the bottle for the first time,as it can cut your finger. The lining just below is sharp and may cause a cut. Other than that, my tummy says thank you. The better brain.

Wouldn’t say it necessarily helps with skin or weight loss. Theres no taste, I only take recommend one a day. But the quality is amazing

I have purchased this probiotic TEN times now! What sold me on this purchase was... 1. The 60 Billion CFUs that are "slow release" *which means it has time to reach the gut and work!! Otherwise, you are wasting your $$ if its not slow release - dies off before it can reach your gut and do anything. 2. The pill is easy to take - not big at all and it has no funky taste or smell 3. The results! After running out and forgetting to order more - I noticed I felt way more bloated, my complexion was not as clear, & inflammation (red undertones on my face) was back. 4. Price is doable, you don't have to spend a fortune to find something that works. And sometimes you'll catch this one on sale. I just feel so much better overall when I'm on this regularly! Plus, my children can take them too. They have never had any side effects and it's comforting to know they are benefitting from taking them as well. Added note, I have a subscription for these probiotics now so I'll never run out! Always keep in mind to give products time to see results. Nothing works over night but if you stick to this every day (ideally on an empty stomach) you will begin to see results in a few days/weeks. Worth trying!
