So these are really decent and easy to use and easy to swallow probiotics. They feel good and are easy to digest which is important. The value for the money is there but they are a bit pricey in comparison to other products. I'm not sure about these providing weight loss, but my wife was very happy with these and these are now her preferred probiotic.
