Let me start by saying this is a wonderful product that delivers very apparent results. There’s no guess work about it taking this your digestive health regularity, and sense of well-being is going to be profoundly different for the better. That said do not be like me I wasn’t used to taking probiotics and I started taking them every day and I had a horrific couple of days long digestive nightmare, tons of gas and I’m ashamed to say it but accidents while I was asleep if you catch my meaning. Start off with one like every three days until your digestive system is adjusted to it.
