At a comparable price and their Chocolate flavor blows Amazing Shake away! Much smoother, creamier texture, great chocolate flavor and cost about the same. However, this being my first purchase of Premier Protein Powder, Chocolate Milkshake, the results are still out as to how well and for how long it can or will satisfy my hunger. That is where Amazing Shake has been my go to Protein Shake for over 2 years now. If this stuff lasts as long on hunger, this may be my new goto Protein Meal Replacement shake! Just cannot yet claim a victory... not for a few more days at least! Be sure to have a very healthy, vegetables meats and starch dinner meal with a healthy salad... especially if you're skipping meals or replacing 2 of three meals as I am. I ALWAYS have a green salad w low fat dressing, and never eat any processed or refined sugar in my diet. Since I cut refined sugar, I am losing 2 to 3 lbs a day, without working out at all... But CAN NOT EAT ANYTHING WITH SUGAR OR ANYTHING WHICH DIGESTS INTO A BASIC SUGAR CARBOHYDRATE... LIKE BLEACHED WHITE RICE AND TOTALLY AVOID PROCESSED FOODS! I.E. MICROWAVE DINNERS! ANYTHING WITH INGREDIENTS YOU CANNOT PRONOUNCE OR SOUND LIKE CHEMICALS! THROW THAT CRAP OUT AND GO ALL NATURAL! IT TAKES MORE TIME TO PREP, BUT ITS 100 TIMES BETTER FOR YOU AND YOH WILL WAKE UP FEELING GREAT! NOT HUNGRY! WHEN IBWAS EATING SO MUCH SUGAR, AND ITS IN LITERALLY EVERYTHING! I FELT AWFUL! EVEN EATING RELATIVELY HEALTHY... THAT SUGAR IS A DRUG YOUR BODY CRAVES! IF YOU WAKE UP HUNGRY! STARVING IN THE MORNING! Sugar is why! It is literally poison to our bodies in slightly higher doses! I’ve been using this product for months now after my orthopedic surgeon recommended it. He was actually right about it. I’ve experienced fat loss, gained muscle mass, and my A1C has dropped and as a bonus it has curbed my appetite as well. I would recommend this Protein Powder to anyone looking for great results! I also just love it mixed with some real banana, and peanut powder “PB fit”

I am very slowly working my way through every protein powder on Amazon, and I'm about ten years into doing so. This is a typical powder - not too sweet, not chalky, no protein bitterness, mixes relatively thin, no gastro issues. It could probably be a bit more chocolaty, I wouldn't mind that, but it's not a major issue. Middle of the road. I use protein for maintenance, not bulking, and this supports the sets well. I always mix my shake with 5g creatine and 5g psyllium husk, and about 12oz of water in a 21oz shaker cup. It could do with being thicker, but that can be accomplished via adding less water. Letting it sit doesn't seem to appreciably affect thickness. It mixes readily in the shaker cup with a wire ball, I only occasionally have extra powder up in the lid, and rarely have clumps so long as I mix it within 60s of adding the powder to the cup. Since I add psyllium fiber, my shake is more prone to clumping, I doubt it would be much of an issue with the powder alone. It's a decent value in terms of protein per dollar, usually I go for 5lb tubs but this beat them in $/g protein at the time of purchase. It's also nice to have three separate containers, so the other two remain sealed while you are working your way through them. I have a shake 6x week, so my powder doesn't have time to go off even in the summer, but if you take longer then the individual containers may be more suitable. Basically, if you want a simple protein powder for maintenance and recovery, this is a good choice. It's a nice little treat without leaving a sugary residue in your mouth, and is a decent value. I'd recommend it.

I mix one scoop cafe latte with one scoop chocolate and tastes like a coffee crisp bar! Good amount of protein. I use an electric frother for mixing so no issues there. Wish the cafe latte was available at the same price as the chocolate and vanilla.
