This product has helped me sleep so well! I put it on right before I go to sleep and it stays on all night comfortably. I have tried versions without the hole in the middle and they were so uncomfortable and I was constantly ripping it off in my sleep. I love this product!!

I purchased this mouth tape as a replacement for my usual brand, which was out of stock. Big mistake. This product is a complete and utter disappointment. First and foremost, it was incorrectly advertised. The product description clearly stated it had a hole in the center for drinking. Mine arrived with no hole whatsoever. This is blatant misrepresentation and a huge inconvenience. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, it doesn't stick. At all. I use a standard skincare routine at night, and my previous mouth tape adhered perfectly fine. This tape, however, barely clings to my skin. I woke up multiple times throughout the night to find it peeling off, rendering it completely useless. I cannot stress enough how strongly I do not recommend this product. It fails on its basic function and is falsely advertised. I sincerely hope the manufacturers take note of these issues and make significant improvements. They also need to immediately correct the product listing to accurately reflect the absence of the center hole. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Pictures and description is not the product o received. I purchased because it advertised a hole in the tape but there is no hole in it. I’m having to use a hole punch to put a hole in it so I can sip water in the middle of the night. Definitely not Premium Tape it’s Sleep Skin Tape. Can’t complain too much because I didn’t spend a lot on this but be aware you won’t get what it shows in description or pictures.

I found this tape to be perfect for securing dressings and bandages in place. While I'm not allergic to latex, my kids have sensitive skin, so I appreciate that it is hypoallergenic. It sticks well without irritating the skin, and it provides a reliable hold throughout the day. For me, it stayed in place even with lots of movement throughout the day and night. Highly recommend for medical and first aid use.

Very good tape (strong yet flexible) but the back portion that is suppose to peel off is extrememly difficult to remove. Cam take up to 2 minutes struggling to get it ready to apply. The idea is good and it does work but it is a hassel. I Will order a different brand next time

I was very skeptical but all it took was one try to see it makes a huge difference. I was getting warnings of sleep disturbances from my Apple Watch. Now my sleep is undisturbed. Only 4 stars because on the 3rd use I had a some pain and sensitivity after removal. I’ve learned to remove VERY slowly to prevent skin damage. It’s a give and take, you want it sticky enough to stay on all night.

I was extremely disappointed in this product. Before I address the negatives, the only positive was the texture of the mouth tape. It was very light not heavy, a smooth surface definitely good for covering the mouth. However the adhesive didn't bond at all. I placed it on my mouth and it just barely adhered to it. The photo shows a slight slit in the middle. Well there's no small slit at all. I took the mouth tape stuck it to my glass table and it just laid there without sticking. I will not be putting this product over my mouth due to fear of it loosening and lodging in my throat. I recommend removing this product for safety reasons alone.

My 22 yo daughter ordered these. She said it’s a game changer- keeps her mouth shut when she sleeps, but can breathe through middle well. I’m going to try it too- may help me not grind my teeth as much (idk)
