This hot water or tea kettle is perfection. It’s sturdy, well made, very large, great loud and clear whistle, has a great sturdy stand up handle for when it gets extremely hot. The spout cover is great and can be opened even when it’s been boiling to make it easier to pour water or any hot drink out. Don’t worry about the spots I’m lazy, and don’t wipe it down a lot after using it. Best of all so inexpensive!!!

I really like the simplicity of this kettle. The handle pieces are just made of inexpensive plastic, which is the only sort-of complaint, but I see no reason they would break or anything, and they feel just fine. I think that I'd have to treat it pretty poorly to break anything, and the reality is that it just sits on the stovetop most of the time. The whistle spout piece snaps closed very nicely. The top lid closes tightly. And I really like that the large handle piece hinges down. Since I'm traveling, that is a nice feature for storage and transport. It is also lightweight without seeming fragile. As to the size, it is smallish, which I actually really prefer (but it's not too small, it still fills my french press with hot water to spare), and it seems to be sized very flush with small burners/stovetops, so that's great. And with the very reasonable price, I feel like it's a great value for something that could last for a very long time. A++

This product is perfect what I need and for the price point I needed. It's a little small but it works for the size of Coffee and tea I need it for. I really like the fold down.handle and that it's stainless steel. It works great. A very good product at an even greater price.

This looks small and cute but it really does work,Warms up the water and keeps it hot for a long time.And the whistle is good and loud.

I love the teapot because it holds more water than the fancy teapot. ALL I need it for iis to boil water for soup, tea or hot chocolate. It's an ordinary silver looking teapot with a handle that doesn't burn my hand when I pick it up. The bad thing is the whistle doesn't blow before 10 minutes. It doesn't whistle at all. I don't feeling getting out of my wheelchair to go and check to see if the teapot is boiling water 15 to 20 minutes to see of the water is hot enough. I can't stand at all. And I didn't want to buy the $33 teapot. The teapot gets hot but not the handle. It would be nice if the whistle worked. The teapot otherwise works and I'm not returning it. I can hear the water boiling so I'm keeping it. .There is no chippi g of paint because it's made of stainless steel and the price is right.

The stainless steel kettle is a little small in volume so be sure it's what you're looking for. I think there is a larger model available also. It's really well made. The kettle I had before was not this manufacturer and was not from Amazon. I had it for years and I was going to replace it the next time I shopped at that giant international store that has such cool designs of furnishings and housewares, especially for small spaces. But when I came across this one I decided to try it. It was interesting to read in the material that came with it to use it over medium heat and not high. I always crank up the heat all the way under my kettle but I stopped doing that with this one. As the manufacturer says it heats up quickly even over medium. And I generally heat my water to just before boiling so I have a little bit more time from when I begin heating the water to when it's ready. The kettle looks great and what I really like about it is the easy access to the inside. Some kettles lids are very small and it's hard to get inside to clean. It's whistle is sufficiently annoying but not deafening I would buy this kettle again in the heartbeat

Play Video For the price, this product is good. I like the stainless steel option and it is easy to clean. However, I don’t love the handle and the size of the mouth. The handle does not lock in, so it flops over quite a bit- be careful to not burn yourself. As to the mouth, it is not easy to use a loose tea infuser. My current infuser does not fit, so I am on the hunt for another.

No much to say ... it's a kettle ... does a great job ... light weight ... shiny stainless steel ... I use it on a gas stove ... tight fitting lid ... use a mitten or something, it gets hot ... loud whistle ... I'm very happy with it.

It is very light weight cattle, ideally should not be more than 1500-2000, it is being sold almost the double price may be due to the reason it is imported. Otherwise it is a good cattle but price is quite higher.

The handle keeps dropping and hot. Need gloves or anything to cover the handle everytime I grab it
