This comes with 3 different extruder plates so you can get your taters as soft and creamy as you want. This potato ricer will serve you very well as it's really built to last a lifetime for you with care AND at a far less expensive price than some of these selling for 2x as much but doing the exact same work with some of the spendy ones not even offering 3 extruder plates! You want soft, supple, velvety, creamy taters? Buy this.

This ricer does the job of ricing potatoes nicely--the mashed potatoes I made came out creamy and delicious! However, it is a bit clunky to use, and the potatoes do clog on the top of the masher, so that you need to keep scraping off the top so that it works effectively. Despite these annoyances, it IS a manual ricer and it does the job--plus the result is quite delicious!

It’s a useful item to have and I wanted to try one out to see if it improved the smoothness of the mashed potatoes and it does ! It also shreds them up great for hash brown potatoes 🥔 it creates the perfect textures I had no problems cleaning it at all. I would wash it right away after using. It doesn’t take up much room in the kitchen drawer or if you’re like me in the crock! It has a nice design it’s easy to hold and work with. The price was good and the product is worth it so go ahead and give it a try you won’t be disappointed!
