In all I’ve been using it for about a year and a half and haven’t gotten sick once, even when others around me have! Great delivery. I think perhaps lessen the amount of buckwheat honey to be more mild. Maybe make a less sweet version as another option. I used it on a tickly throat which seems to help but now that I'm better, because of the sweetness I'm scared of using it often for me/child. Apparently buckwheat honey is very nutritious I tried to see if there are any sides effects of too much buckwheat honey but didn't see... I don't know...based on the information I guess I'll try to use it all. For my own tastes I'd dilute a bit in some of my water instead of spraying directly... I guess I'm just not used to something being so sweet but good for your general and oral health. Will take getting used to.
