I have an enormous and unusual need for magnesium, taking 12-16 capsules each day divided around the clock. If I don't I get agonizing muscle and tendon spasms. If I forget doses and start to spasm, taking 2-3 capsules stop the spasms very quickly. Nothing else I've tried has helped and I won't take drugs. These are made of a good form of magnesium and do not contain all kinds of other ingredients that I don't want, like magnesium stearate or stearic acid, or any others. I just wish they came in even larger sizes and cost less since I take so many. As for the other good things people say magnesium does, I can't speak to that. They don't help me sleep for instance. I'm just glad to stay out of agony.

At 72 I was having quite a time falling asleep and staying asleep. This product is wonderful. I've always taken a CalMag product but added this a couple months ago. It made a huge difference the first night. I take it about 20 minutes before crawling into bed, relaxed and asleep in minutes. I keep a glass of water and a capsule next to it on my night stand. If I happen to wake up, I reach my hand out of the covers, pop another of each in my mouth with a swallow of water. Usually I fall right back to sleep. Wake up refreshed. Third time ordering so just set up on auto-ship.

Do not buy! It was supposed to ease joint pain and muscle relaxation, I ended up not being able to sleep. Thankfully, I took only one pill I’m not taking anymore. Hopefully I can get my refund . Else will just throw it away
