Was shopping for a premium trash can to last at least 5+ years after one with an electronic lid started falling apart after only a couple years. Considered the Simple Human 55L due to their claimed 10+ year service life, but the $180 price is too steep for a trash can IMO. Maybe in 10 years when the AI trash can takes itself out, I can justify paying that price. I'm glad I went with this Qualiazero because it feels solid, sleek, clean, and appears build quality is up there with the more expensive brands, at 1/3 to 1/2 of the price. The $100+ base model Simple Human trash can cuts corners with a cheap plastic lid - what's the point of buying an expensive trash can with a plastic lid? The all metal lid on this model opens and closes smoothly, so long as the bag is seated correctly - can't cover the white plastic knob in the back of lid. Very pleased with this purchase.

Better than I expected. Durable, heavy, super attractive and the silent close - unexpected and nice! Arrived 6 days before expected delivery date. Bought two (for trash and recycle) and would buy again but I don't think they're going to fail anytime soon as they appear to be very well made plus the seller ships them in heavy duty boxes so no dents or scratches. Good price, great product.

Works well, the only issue is that if you physically close the lid too tightly, it sticks and the pedal will not raise the lid. That happened the first time, and if you just use the pedal or lift the lid manually and let it "glide down slowly," no problem! Very pleased so far.

Didn’t like that the lid can damage if not used right. It’s a really nice trash can. I like that I can take out the inner bucket and add the bag. It works and is wide enough to fit a little Caesar pizza box inside and give room for more trash which is good for me and also has a nice shape too!

Beautiful can for our kitchen. I like the sturdy interior liner, it makes emptying the garbage super easy and clean. Enjoy the step opener, and soft close feature.

I love this can! I finally upgraded my trash can & this one is great! Has all those great features i.e. soft close lid, plastic can insert, east open by foot or hand. Keeps smells contained very well. Looks sharp too. I got this at a super great price. It took a little long to get it but I knew up front & I wasn't desperate needing fast delivery lol.

I like the shape of this - quite square and fits up against a flat surface nicely. Bag comes out with ease. This is the second one I have purchased - bought last Christmas as a gift and had good feedback so bought the same one this year for someone else..

Pros: Attractive Removable liner which is easy to clean Bags fit nicely Seems to resist odor Lid works well via the foot pedal Cons: Scratches easily Difficult to clean under the lid If you have someone who is not too careful at placing garbage inside, food gets trapped where the working mechanism is just under the lid and it’s a devil to clean.

Good looking, strong and nice size, can be used also for recycling!
