These are a little awkward to put on, although not difficult. The stimulation takes the edge off my persistent evening restless legs. I keep them available, even though they’re a bit bulky, as the relief is worth it.

Bought it for my dad, who had partial paralysis. He needs regular heating and massaging. It's very useful if you need to massage and heating your legs simultaneously. It has three separate heating pads in each one. Build quality is good.

I could never get real comfortable while wearing these. I guess they work decently once you have them on, but they are a pain to get on with all the cords and everything. If you put them on too tight they can pop off, or you might feel like you’re loosing circulation in your legs.

Also the Velcro option is better for sizing because you can adjust the tightness

I had high hopes for this after reading the reviews. However there is annoyingly light pressure in the calf section and just barely noticeable heat in either the calf or foot sections. Also the bladders don't deflate very well so instead of a "pumping" action that improves circulation this has a prolonged squeeze that, in effect, is cutting off circulation, particularly to the feet.
