This is one of the few choices for getting a massive punch of pure curcumin since most other brands contain turmeric powder which is only like 1/30th curcumin. I'd have to OD on the other brands to feel anything in my joints. Two of these puppies before going to the gym and I'm able to lift weights.

Tumeric is available locally but not in this brand with Ginger and pepper, seems to be a quality product with no hyper active stimulant side effects someone I know complains about with Tumeric. A Indian Oncologist gave the OK to use this with certain Chemo which a few studies suggest makes certain Chemo work better to lower white blood cell counts. Not a scientific review here duh, but worth looking into. Some schools of thought say not to take antioxidants with after effects of Radiation type treatments with the thinking being this shuts down the after effects. Ask your Health People MD about it, this is just a food spice combination which works for typical Americans that won't try turmeric on food even if you point out it is mustard and used for coloring.

I don't know that I'm qualified to review this product, they say it helps to relieve inflammation and it also contains ginger which I understand is good for many things. At any rate I'm still taking it and seeing I'madverse effects but only good.

The size of these capsules is large and they have a taste of something moldy. I’ll look around for a different brand.

I take turmeric regularly as suggested by doctor. All turmeric I’ve ever tried will stain anything it comes into contact with. I won’t stop using it but am mindful to wash my hands after handling.
