This is a solid mouse. Feels good in the hand and feels high quality. All the buttons have a clean click to them and the software easily programmed all the buttons to my preferred settings. My previous mouse was the Redragon M901, which lasted me ten years and still works, but is a little worn out. I also have the Razer Naga and the Logitech G600. The Naga broke fairly quickly, and their customer support basically shrugged at me. The G600 doesn't feel as good and one of the thumb button covers fell off. The Redragon is far superior in fit, finish, and function. 35 days after purchase the 12 side buttons stopped working. It was past the return window. I sent their customer service an email. Lia responded within a couple of hours. Not days, but hours. I performed the recommendations provided, and responded with my results. Lia, my Redragon support agent, sent me a new mouse in two days. I've never had such tremendous customer support. This item is worth your purchase, and the company stands behind their products.

I bought this thing for streaming on Twitch as I wanted to be able to have all of my scene changes, backgrounds, sounds, and so on, bound to buttons so that I would not have to use my keyboard. It is a great purchase. The customization for this thing is something I never would have thought I would see in a mouse. You can put macros on your buttons, you can change the lighting to any possibility available, you can change what the mouse buttons actually do, and you can add or remove weights to this mouse to get yourself a better and more personal feel. I really do love this thing. My rating is 4/5 instead of 5/5 because the right click is already failing me. I have not had this thing a whole year yet but the right click is to the point to where I either have to tap it several times in advance to make sure it is ready to use or I have to contort my fingers to reach the further back on the mouse so that it activates. I know this is not correct and not due to usage because the left click has seen way more usage and still works perfectly. This thing has damn near 20 different buttons and they all function properly except the right click! It is like there is something stuck in it that has to be pushed out the way. I cleaned the mouse, sprayed it out with compressed air, opened and inspected it, and I connect find a reason why it is this way. I have other RedDragon mice and they all work perfectly. This one started to act crazy after about 3 months. I contacted RedDragon and am going to see how their warranty works out. If I can get it repaired or replaced, I'll update this review with the results. Right click aside, this is still a terrific mouse. Even if I knew I'd get this right click problem I'd still buy it just for the usefulness and customization this mouse offers. A great product, great idea, and great execution. ------------------------------------------------------------------ UPDATE After submitting a request to Redragon and talking to support, I was able to get the problem fixed. It was just a small piece under the right click that had slipped out of place. Once I took it off and placed it back on, it worked just like new! I am not even sure how I missed that but I am super glad I don't have to send my mouse off or order a new one. A+ customer service and product. Just ordered a mechanical keyboard from them and I think I'm a fanboy now.

This mouse seems comfy, useful, and the app is easy to use. It has a mechanical feel to it that shows it should be durable, the buttons are inconveniently angled, the DPI scrolling speed adjustments are easy and its a good size to be comfortable. The only complaint I have is that it has an odd squeaking noise that it makes quite frequently, mostly when clicking but sometimes with moving it alone which has knocked a star off, ideally a star and a half at this price range for me. Unfortunately I will be returning it as its squeaking is very annoying and the side buttons are an issue I cannot move past

TLDR: Great mice, wireless variant doesn't let you program DPI buttons, mine lasted me ~2-3 years before getting issues. I have tried all three variants of this listing, it is almost replaces my keyboard for shortcut use (at least with media like YouTube). The ergonomics are fantastic for general use, and generally speaking most of the extra buttons too. Fair warning: The DPI buttons are reprogrammable on the wired models, but for some reason not on the wireless model. Because of this, I actually run into issues not having enough buttons for everything I want to do with it (Which is hilarious for such a product). I really want the 990 to have a wireless variant, because there's nothing else really like it on the market. Past that, for actually reviewing the features of these things: - Egro's are fantastic, it fits super nicely in the hand. The fire key is within reach of smaller hands, and depending on my hand position, either the 1 button or the 4 button naturally rests right under my thumb. - The lights are BRIGHT but have brightness settings to make them pretty tame. You get a small selection of rgb color patterns that you can slow WAY down if you like flashy lights but don't want something too distracting, which I really appreciate. - Battery life on the wireless model varies with how you use it. The power switch is tri-state: on/off/eco. In eco mode, only the DPI lights get dimly lit, otherwise the RGB is not on, and the mouse functions normally. I usually run about one to two weeks between charges, and the mouse can function in a wired configuration while charging. - The software for customization: Cool and Gimmicky. Works for the most part, and saves to the mouse itself, so it works even if you move to a computer without the software on it. It's kind of a sketchy download like all of Redragon's drivers. Keep in mind Redragon is a Chinese company based in Hong Kong. If you want something for secure work, you may want to avoid this one. - As for longevity, they definitely are not bulletproof, indefinite devices. The two that I've had, started breaking down after about 2-3 years, which to me is totally work the $50 these are at the moment. This was consistent between the wired and wireless 12 side button models. Both wore down in the same way: the left click started doing unintentional double clicks, which got really annoying, really fast.

I picked up this mouse after my Razr Naga died. And let me tell you - this is an AMAZING mouse. Sturdy construction, plug and play - VERY SATISFIED. Feels much better in hand compared to the Naga. 5 STARS ALL AROUND

Background : +++ I used Razer product for many years (Mices) back in naga Wow edition (2010's), and it finally gave up a decade later... > I then decided to try Corsair high-end mmo mices products.... - - - 2 years, 3 mices later down the lane, 150/200 CAD $ each, and yet, all majorly deffectives. Yes, you read that right, they all 3 have MAJOR issues (Ghost clickings, buttons not working anymore, Scroll wheels gave up, Scroll Wheels clicks gave up on everyone of them a few weeks in, Right main mouse button not working, Side button number 5 and 6 not working anymore) I had it with Corsair... They ARE beautifull mices but NOT worth the price period with a shitty product that won't last even a year at 220$ tax in Canadian ! Of course, they all gave up slightly after warranty.... :( ZERO longevity and horrible battery lifespan... OH DONT YOU GET ME STARTED ON BATTERY LIFE.... Battery life on the only wireless i bought was 2 days.... even with low poling rate.... I'm very disapointed costumer of corsair ! NOW, here, Redragon ! WAOOW ! ? Longevity of the hardware itself ? idk, ive had it for few weeks now and everything is just flawless, at a MAJOR different price point... I'm hopefull tho <3 + Battery life : AMAZING ! lowest polling rate at 125Hz BUT with high DPI to "Cheat" reactivity and my mouse last me 7 to 10 days with heavy mmo (GW2) gaming each nights (3 to 5 hours a night). + Even with above "hack" i'm feeling absolutely no input lags on my mmo's and Sim's games. + Comfort : Absolutely breathtaking. It is simply put, BETTER than ALL the corsairs i bought, it reminds me of my beloved old Razor Naga that lasted me almost a decade !!! + Ease of use : PERFECTION.... im actually pretty much a tech savy, i LOVED corsair RGB customisability.... buuut, corsair ICUE is HORRIBLE with keybinds and its FAR from being intuitive... Corsair is awefull ! REDRAGON HECKING NAILED IT. PERIOD. - RGB is customisable through software but to a much less deeper degree, still gets the job done tho <3 * Nit Picking : Redragon, can you PLEASE do an software extra background service available in the settings or something that resides in our taskbar that give us the battery at a glance. No need for constant update, just one refresh per 30 minutes or per hour even ! it would absolutely be neat !!! All of those shear, beloved candies that Redragon give us, for a fraction of the price of the shitty Corsair products.... I just can't believe it. To be completely honest, i bought it until im less broke and can afford a razer mouse.... I can now afford a Razor mouse, for about a month i've been holding on, on buying one .... Hmmmm im honestly gonna say that i have ABSOLUTELY NO NEED to buy a razer product atm even tho im an Huntsman Elite owner ! It is THAT good... At least, for my needs <3 I love it. I really recommend. Imma even push it further, IF product longetivity is good (will update this review many months down the line from now) i'll probly buy Redragon mices exlusively since it is a great product, period.

The delivery was very quick. You can never go wrong with the Redragon brand. It's reasonably priced and good value for money. The quality is good, unlike local branded gaming mouse. This one has multiple buttons to assign different macros, keyboard keys, or multiple actions. Redragon software is very good; it has many customization options, including the ability to change the RGB light settings. This is my third purchase; they last a very long time. If you are looking for a gaming mouse with side multi-buttons, this is a perfect choice. It also comes with a braided wire, which is the cherry on top. On top of this gaming mouse, there are dedicated buttons for mouse speed control, an LED display, and a rubber-textured scrolling wheel. The mouse fits ergonomically in your palm.
