Sturdy, perfectly sized umbrella. Works great for travel or just having near the front door. The auto open/close button functions great. I've bought multiple of them. Had one break during very strong winds. Contacted the company and they arranged a replacement after opening a ticket and providing some quick pics of the damage. Overall recommend.

This is a good quality umbrella that is designed to stand up against the wind and so far it has. It’s plenty big enough when open but collapses down to a very easy to carry size. Value for the price and highly recommended.

Haven't used yet but appears much tougher than standard cheaper fare. Also a bit more bulky and heavy, which is predictable.

I bought this umbrella in 2017 and took it on countless trips around the world in super rainy destinations. Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Iceland, Seattle, Canada, basically many classically wet and windy cities. It never blew out on me or broke. The ribs to this day are still holding in place and the button open/close still works as normal. I surprisingly never lost it despite it's small travel friendly size. What did stop working after all these years though is the water repellant cover. After many storms and being rained on, the cover was no longer repelling water and after 10-15 minutes of being rained on I would be soaked. I searched for many other umbrellas but couldn't find any in a similar price point that had all the same features. I kept finding either similar sized umbrellas with only 6 ribs (seriously, how did they fit 9 on here?) or smaller ones without auto open/close. Finally I noticed the company had a lifetime guarantee. Certainly, I thought, there was no way I could actually get a replacement. My umbrella was over 7 years old and still looked functional, but I decided to try my luck anyway. I sent repel an email explaining the situation and with some pictures. Lo and behold within a few hours someone emailed me back saying that shouldn't have happened, that they stick by their products and they would be shipping me a new one. I could not believe how quick and low hassle their customer service was. Within 3 days I was holding my brand new repel umbrella, didn't even have to pay for shipping costs. WOW! Safe to say they have a customer for life in me. I will be recommending repel umbrellas to all my friends and family. Awesome company, I love any company that is willing to stand by their products like that!

Very nice umbrella. Very well made and it works very well. I have no doubt that it will not break like my last one did.

This umbrella seems sturdy enough to last a long time. But my favorite feature is how it opens and closes with a simple button push. This is especially nice getting into a car when it's raining. I was curious how it was able to achieve the automatic closing but I found out the first time I used it. There are two spring operations, and after the cover collapses you have to push pretty hard to close it around the handle. That's the magic of it. I found it easiest if I put the handle on a surface and pushed down hard on the top. Not a big deal at all. I should have gotten one or two of these years ago.

This is an excellent product that is small snd fairly light - can easily be packed and is perfect for travel. Note that the fabric sleeve that it slips into is a tight fit, so be careful handling that - it may be a weak point in terms of durability (although that does not affect the durability of the actual umbrella). Recommended.
