Very thin, and the cutter on the box is practically useless, but it does the job. Expecting quality these days, even from a name grand, is delusional. Everyone's striving for the same low bar.

My wife has gotten into sourdough baking, and this parchment paper is her go to for lining her equipment. It’s held up well, and I found it for a great price on Amazon.

If you've ever tried to take fish (or other) patties out of a baking pan, only to see them stuck and breaking apart, you'll understand why this no-stick heatproof paper is so convenient. I cut it to size if the width iis ever more than needed.

Great paper. I use it for cooling cooked rice on a tray so that I could freeze the rice along with the paper in a food grade freezer bag. It really doesn't stick and the cooked rice spread easily. Paper easily tear out from the box.
