The battery lasted about 6 weeks, which isn't too bad. We like the facts of not having to drill to install this nor try to do the hardwiring for the hardwired ring. This backup battery is great. This way, when the Ring Doorbell's battery needs to be replaced, this backup battery is charged and ready to go, so there is no time that your doorbell has to be offline. Yes, there is that slight hassle of recharging and replacing the battery, but it's really quick and worth it.

So glad I ordered this to keep my ring batteries charged. Very useful and always ready to go.

Love this thing, takes about an hour to fully charge the batteries so I never go without having power for my cameras, easy to use just drop them in and then charge, once all the lights stop flashing they’re done. I’ve had mine for awhile now and it working great 👍
