This machine has been amazing to work with and I’m pretty happy with it so far! Will recommend to anyone looking to get their home gym started. This is a must have.

The machine was shipped very fast, it all arrived within a week. The set up took about 4 hours. Overall there were a few minor scratches mostly from shipping. I couldn't expect any higher quality of shipping especially since most everything arrived quickly. The machine arrived within a few days and the rest came within the week. The machine is quality built and functions flawlessly. I would highly recommend for a home gym.

It takes time to assemble, around 5h with 2 people, but it’s and is as useful as It’s described. The only caveat here is the shipping process. It took more than 2 weeks to get all boxes and most packages came damaged (carriers fault). Also, there were scratches all over. Probably due to the poor handling while transporting the boxes. Having said that, the customer support is good handling all questions and complaints.

Loving my new gym! Assembly was easier than I thought, it looks and fits great in my garage, and it makes it easy to have a full body workout. Customer service was outstanding, they responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall very happy I chose Ritfit.

I bought this machine directly from RitFit sports not from Amazon. I was originally going to go with the M1 Pro but it was too tall so I waited to purchase it as I would have to cut into my basement ceiling to make it work. When I saw that they came out with the Buffalo which was a few inches shorter I pulled the trigger on it no 2nd thoughts about it. The machine itself is amazing and you cannot go wrong with it, but pray you dont have to call support. I did have a question about shipping as I was missing the manual. So i called and got a response saying no one was available and to leave a message. I did leave a message and also emailed them. I then found out I was not only missing the manual but some of the plugs for the plate carriage were missing too. Never got a call back but I did get an email about 5 days later saying multiple boxes should come through. Not helpful. By the time the email came through I had all the boxes but was still missing the manual and the plugs for the plate carriage. You can download the manual online and I used the online manual to set it up. While putting the buffalo together some bolts broke inside the pull up bar. I called support again and again was informed no one was available. I then proceeded to call multiple times after about the 5th call I eventually got someone who took my information and said they'd send it up the line and someone would reach out to me. Its been over 5 days now and I still have not received an email and or a call. Not trusting a call back from Ritfit sports support, I moved forward and was able bore out the broken bolts and was lucky enough to find the same exact bolts at my local home repair store. I was eventually able to put it all together and its totally worth the money. Maybe support will eventually get around to reaching out to me and sending me the plugs for the plate carriage but I am not holding my breath.

Great for the price! There’s lots to nitpick on this machine: some shipping dings, I had some plastic bushings that needed to be replaced (ritfit sent me new ones already), the fit on one of my j hooks is a little loose, the smith machine could go a little lower, the j hooks and spotters don’t have a plastic covering on the end, etc… but this machine is like 1/3 the cost of something like a rep 3x3 would be for comparable features. I’ve been using it for 10 weeks now, and there’s not been anything about this machine that holds me back from great workouts. It’s smooth and stable (I don’t lift huge weights, though). FYI, the smith bar as installed on the rack weighs 39.3lb for me. This isn’t in the manual anywhere, so I just measured it. I don’t regret this purchase at all, and in fact have ordered several more small items from ritfit through Amazon since (curl bar, some grip weights). They have good stuff, and have good customer support.
