Works great saving over $200.00 a month verses what we were paying for cable. Remotes work with both our TV's. The voice command helps you find the show or movie you want to watch. It gives you sometimes several streaming services options. Don't miss cable at all. I still watch all my network shows. A lot of them are on HULU. For us it was well worth the switch. Easy to hook up to your TV, It took us about 1 hr to set up. Very easy to do. The time it took to set up was from us adding all of our streaming apps and putting in our user name and passwords. For the apps. Which is why it took an hour.

This is the third Roku device I’ve bought and the first 4K version. I think it’s a good value for the money, especially since I got it on sale. I attached it to my smart TV because it has apps like Kanopy, which my TV doesn’t offer. It was very easy to set up. Unlike earlier versions, the USB plug that I attached to the TV doesn’t get hot, which is a relief. It works well with my high speed wifi and I got an alert from the TV that it automatically adapts for best resolution. A major benefit this product offers is that when you sign into your Roku account at setup, it automatically adds the apps that you have added to your other device(s) if you have any. Therefore, you don’t have to figure out what you want and waste time looking for them. It also shows your watch and keep watching lists when you click on What to Watch. Another great benefit of Roku devices is that you can buy add-on services like AMC+, MGM+, etc. directly through the Roku channel and they are all billed through your Roku account rather than separate platforms. These can only be watched on a Roku device. They just had a holiday sale in which several of these services were offered at $1.99-2.50 per month for two months, so you can binge a show you like for a great price. Roku also has a section of free shows and movies and a lot of live channels dedicated to various topics. The smart features on some brands of TVs are super slow and often freeze up. If you have a TV like that, it’s best to reset it to factory settings and not connect wifi. Then you can attach this product for a stress-free and simple streaming experience.

This is my 4th Roku and my latest model. I still use the other three in various rooms. They are all easy to use and provide many avenues for streaming both pre-recorded and live tv. It is customizeable to your viewing tastes and and the picture quality is phenomenal. The voice input option works great and is an easy, hands free way to get to the programming you want to watch on just about every channel. Its a great product and I am considering upgrading all my Rokus to later models.

I have always used Roku but more recently decided to add this one to my bedroom. I haven’t used my tv in years because it does not have Roku built in and I don’t use a cable box. I finally realized the new Roku Express is such a small unit I can add to my tv without needing a place to hang a big bulky box. I now have the pleasure of watching tv before bed, or just relaxing anytime during the day with cozy blankets and my snacks. So thrilled with how quickly it turns the tv on as well. Setting it up was a breeze. The only thing I don’t like is how bright the little light is on the small unit you attach to the tv, so I put dark tape over that little spot and it is no longer visible and I can still use it- amazing! Highly recommend.

Works great except on one tv doesn’t go right to the don’t box not sure why but streams perfectly if you have good bandwidth

So far works really well easy to set up several options. You're not restricted to just what they want you to do. You can add apps, you can add. You know, I like it. You have to have a reliable internet and it has to be, you know, we have to have a decent speed on your internet bot. It runs well at my house and my internet is through T-Mobile, so it's a wireless internet. I have really good speed on my internet though. But absolutely, no issues. I'm going to get another one from my bedroom. I am absolutely opposed to cable and paying subscription fees to watch commercials. You know, while they make money off me and then off companies you know yeah, you pay for that yeah. And I don't want to pay for that, so this is a good option.

Simple to learn, always works, inexpensive. I do sort of wish the remote was bigger though.

Great ... Love this so easy to set up. The hardest part about setting up this product was moving the dresser away from the wall so I could plug it in. Works perfectly, I have a very old dumb Vizio TV I think we bought it in 2009 they didn't even make smart TVs then I don't think... I was worried that it wouldn't work with my old dumb TV but it works great and my old dumb TV is now smarter than it ever was. Good price good product I would buy this again and the voice control works like a charm.

Great device!!! Easy to hook up to our TV. This little device has now allowed our older smart TV to stream all of our paid as well as free programs, such as Prime, Netflix (which with the change in advertising(tiered payment)we were no longer able to watch Netflix unless we we paid the much higher subscription with no advertising, which we refused to pay). So so glad we purchased this!

Super fácil de instalar, de usar y un maravilla. Existen varias aplicaciones que uno puede descargar para ver películas, series o TV nacional de manera gratuita. Además, que genera un ahorro porque no es necesario contratar un paquete de TV como Izzy o Totalplay, solo es necesario el paquete internet. Por otro lado, considero que cualquier persona lo puede utilizar. Mi mamá que no es muy tecnológica inclusive le encontró fácil de usar. Solo a lo mejor organiza las aplicaciones qué más utilizará y listo.

Desde España no es compatible con prime video. Tampoco pude instalar disney+. A parte de esto, es un plug&play muy fácil de usar, y muy rápido.

Recently I cancelled pay to view TV and having already owned one ROKU on another TV I wanted another for the TV in the kitchen. I read up and this model was reviewed as the best option for me. The model is fast and easy to operate. The updated handset is easy to set up to use with the TV and there is a volume control on the side. Easy to download on and operate with a vast number of programmes and films. Great value for money.
