Only this brand; accept no substitute look alike tins of butter cookies! 4. Cookies arrived in great condition, beautifully arranged, lovely shapes, crispy and sugar sprinkled. Each bite is a delight. The size is very generous, making this a great value for the monet. 5. Then, last but certainly not least, there is that sturdy, multipurpose nostalgic can. I needed an inexpensive gift for 40 people at my mother’s care center. These tins were perfect for the job. Add a pack of hot cocoa mix, and they were perfect. I couldn’t get them all on Amazon to be delivered in time, so Amazon and Instacart saved my shopping dilemma!

Nice and fresh but broken on the bottom layer. These were probably dropped multiple times. If I had bought to serve for company I would have have been more upset. But these are great with coffee or tea. Buttery and not too sweet. They are a nostalgic favorite.

These are positively delightful and so nostalgic for me around the holidays! Each cookie type has a very subtle difference in flavor profile and texture. Some are quite crispy with the added sugar granules while others (like the vanilla wreath shape, my favorite) almost melt in your mouth with a soft texture! I think there’s something in these tins for everyone. And if you don’t like coconut (like me) don’t worry, I detect nearly no coconut taste to any of the round ones, half of which I expected to dislike because of that flavor. Nope, they’re all just lovely! Have them with your tea, coffee or as a little dessert by themselves after your lunch/supper and you’ll be a happy camper! None of them are overpoweringly sweet so it’s definitely easy to over-consume but it’s the holidays! Get yourself a treat and just enjoy it for however long you make it last! When you’re done, the sturdy tin can be repurposed for change, sewing/crafting supplies, small kids toys/games for car trips or as a safe bedside snack tin for those late night cravings 😉 I don’t know you, but you DESERVE nice cookies that are non-GMO and free from added flavors or colors. Treat yourself!

The bombs are perfect gifts for the unexpected guests and the blue cookie tin reminds me fo my mama. The gourmet cookies are for Santa, hope he likes them! Great value. Love the texture of the Danish cookies, and the tiny boxes are the perfect size for sharing!

So here’s the thing: these are Danish butter cookies. One might think they are all the same, right? Wrong! I have tried some that tasted like cardboard, some that were too sweet, some that were bitter, some that were too dry, some that were crumbly, some too hard, some too soft, and some that just looked & tasted like they were expired but weren’t. But, the Royal Dansk: now we’re talking! I always keep a tin or two or these in my kitchen in the event I get unexpected visitors, or just for a nice snack. If I have friends stop over unexpectedly I always put a plate of these out, and they disappear quickly. I enjoy them in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea. ( or any time of the day with a cup of coffee or tea). These little butter cookies have such a good flavor. They are in a tin and have different shapes that are separated by small paper pastry cups. They are cute little cookies , some round in shape & some pretzel shaped. Some sprinkled with sugar, some not. They are considered to be a hard cookie & they are -but they are mildly hard. They have a crunchy outside & a semi crunchy inside. Oh, and they are not dry. The Dansk is the only brand that I buy.
