Put it together by myself in 3 hours, last few screws and last celling piece it would have been nice to have a helper! replaced my old storage unit, windows took a bit to remove the safety paper ( might want to do that before to save time on assembly) and have large install screws and are prone to cracking the windows if not careful. overall looking forward to a long life ( my old one lasted 20 years in the Vegas Sun) pros: easy to assemble, use a drill set on a low setting because...Cons: very thin plastic walls/parts ( resin?) so it's easy to strip screws out, I hope the wear and tear will last long term, warranty says 10 years, used a step stool for some assembly and it was enough pressure to begin to crack the floor ( so I put down cardboard to spread the load) parts are labeled well, box was damaged at delivery and one metal support bar was bent ( easy fix so didn't return it).

Solid garden shed, easy to put together. Love that it has a floor! The product itself is just as expected, maybe even more than! The shipper, however.... Be aware! This product comes in ONE box, with a weight of over 300#. Amazon was in constant communication regarding the delivery (text, account status notifications). The week before we were scheduled - by amazon- to receive the shed, we received a text from the shipper requiring us to schedule our delivery day online. The day we had worked into our schedule to receive it was not available. So we selected a day the following week and made the adjustments in our schedule. The day before the amazon scheduled date we receive a text, again from the shipper, that the shed will be delivered the next day. What??!! So we again adjust our schedules, move things around, and plan to have someone at the house to be able to open gate/door for shed to be dropped. Instructions via text indicate the timeframe to expect is between 6am and 9pm. Contain pets, over 18, all the regular stuff when receiving a large household item. We are also notified we will receive a call 30 minutes out to let us know they are on their way. Great! My husband was home all morning, I was home all afternoon. When my husband came home at around 6pm, guess what!? Yep! There is one large, 300# box sitting in the middle of our driveway, in the pouring rain. Awesome! No call, no text, no knock, no "hey lady." Just a drop and run. We therefore, had the divine opportunity to open the wet cardboard box in our driveway, in the dark, and carry the shed, piece by piece, into the garage for the night. My husband then carried the shed, piece by piece, to the back yard. All that to say, contracted shippers for large products have consisting failed on the Amazon level of quality and service. For that reason and that reason only I will hesitate in the future to order these large items on Amazon. Not because of the seller, price, or product. Only because of the poor service of the large item shippers.

I built a wooden base for this because there are no flat ground surfaces in my yard. Took about 4.5 hrs to build the shed, by myself, after the base was done. Instructions are pictures only... They are still very easy to follow. It was also 90 degrees outside and I didn't push it. Bought a bunch of Rubbermaid Shed Accessories. Basically the shed is setup to use those right out of the box. I do wish they had a better assortment. But I did manage to get everything in the shed I wanted to. Wish the walls were a little thicker and that the locking rings were a little sturdier. I have a friend make me a set of locking rings that were 1/8" thick, but only because he wanted to and did it in less that 10 minutes. All in all, no complaints. The description of the shed is accurate. Read the reviews from other people and decided there were no issues that other people had, that I wouldn't be able to work around or correct.

If you're reading reviews on the Rubbermaid Sheds make sure the reviews you read pertain to the right shed. For example there are reviews for a previous model under this listing, that is misleading for what you're going to receive. We ordered the 7x7 rubbermaid shed with a dormer in grey. We chose this because we currently own the previous model same dimensions with no dormer and it was a breeze to put together. We love that one. This newer model has been modified by the manufacturer and states it conserves on materials and parts to make it easier.... This is a load of BS. The one we ordered, the walls made of resin were all warped. It didn't snap in easily as presented in their online video tutorial. Parts didn't fit right where you would secure one corner of the roof and then snap in the other corner and the secured corner would then pop out. The instructions don't make sense but i guess thats a given. The materials don't seem as good quality as their previous model, and the seams from the side walls were not seamless where there would be chance for outdoor water penetration. We decided to return. Which in of it self was a nightmare dealing with Amazon logistics and their freighting partners who after 5 attempts of failed pick ups due to mismanagement of time, communication needs for resources and man power decided to tell us to deal with the 500lb package on our own. However they did right and refunded us. BUT Now I have a 500lb useless shed sitting in our yard killing my grass and obstructing the entrance into our yard for 4th of July weekend. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
