This is a fantastic pan. I bought it to compliment my existing pans that came as one set but were too small. This is a high quality pan, and since I bought it, I have only used this pan. The nonstick is really good, and it's very easy to clean. The pan keeps a good consistent heat throughout, For the size I bought, 12.5 inches, it has plenty of room. I cooked 3 grilled cheese sandwich with plenty of room at once, whereas the other pan I have fit 1 pan with little room leftover. I also cooked 3 eggs over easy at the same time, but I could have done more. This handle comes uninstalled, but the pan comes with a nice screwdriver to put it together. I almost exclusively use silicone cooking utensils to keep my pans for longer. That being said the pan looks like it is scratch resistant. This pan is a great value.

I love this product. Cooks evenly, and is seriously non-stick. This is a quality product for a very reasonable price. I started with the 10” w/lid fry pan and plan to replace everything in my current collection of “subpar” cooking equipment with the Sensart line. I have recommended this to my daughter & sisters. Also, they are function and beauty, and, to me, that matters when I’m in my kitchen preparing food for my family.

I just purchased this skillet for a test run of the product. I love this skillet. I have fried bacon, made scrambled eggs and fried potatoes and was happy with the results. Not only does it cook well I also like the look. All of this is better than any cookware I have ever owned and I love to cook and do alot of it. It takes a little extra time to heat since it is recommended not to use high heat to get it started but it is definitely worth the wait that anyone would see as inconvenient. It also cleaans so easy. It has a high-quality, super-non-stick surface and is attractive. It heats evenly and cleans up with only water. I wish I had a whole set of this cookware; it's some of the best I've used.

When you are an omelette cooker the most important part of the pan is when you have the flip the omelette in the air and catch it with the pan. This pan is so light weight, perfect size for a 2 egg omelette, and easy in the wrist which allows for the quick flick of the wrist and the omelette is airborne! Making omelettes includes a show. This pan is beautiful and did I say nothing sticks? This is a must have and can be used not just for omelettes but small meals as well. It's scratch resistant, durable, and has the perfect capacity for one serving. Highly recommend. Never have to turn the stove top higher than medium to get the cooking done to perfection.

This pan is beautiful. It is completely non-stick and easy to clean. However, the ratio of steel plate to ceramic body is not very high. I don't completely understand how this effects the heating, but this pan takes a long time to warm and never gets over medium-low heat--and that's with the induction range cranked up to the highest setting. That being said, I still love it and use it for eggs, grilled cheese, etc. My husband, however refuses to work with it. He doesn't have the patience. Any of the other induction pans we've purchased fry an egg in 1/4 of the time it takes this pan to work. To me, the slower cook time is worth it to avoid the poisons in Teflon and related products.

OK, I read a bunch of reviews on these pots and pans and decided to buy them. I have been trying to hold off from reviewing them till I had a chance to use them for a few weeks and..............I LOVE THEM! Seriously, they heat up quickly, cook food evenly and I did not think it was possible to simply wipe the pans out but, NOTHING STICKS! Eggs get flipped with ease, clean up a breeze, made omelets and cheese melted on the pan, simply wiped it out with a paper towel. No lie. My husband got me a set and one of the skillets was a little warped, they replaced it ASAP. If it is possible to give love to pots and pans........these will steal your heart! LOL :)

It's pleasant to cook in, food doesn't stick, looks really nice, has a lid for omlets, the size is enough for one prtion with room to stir. But one small detail that thew me overboard with joy: the pan came compactly packed with handle unscrewed. But they have icluded the screwdriver in the pack so I wouldn't need to go look for one! I find it very sweet, definitely unexpected.

I've only used it a few times so far but I love it already. I followed the enclosed directions of heating the pan a little slower and while that takes a few minutes longer, it's been an absolute dream to clean, nothing sticks. Once the pan is warmed up (3 or 4 on my electric stove), you can increase the heat. I don't know, maybe I could start it higher but the instructions say to start it at a medium low. Once the pan heats up, it holds wonderfully consistent heat. So, once it reaches the temperature I want, I don't have to adjust the temperature up or down, it stays there. My previous frying pan did not, so I really like this. I've used it for frying meat and for a one-dish meal. I wanted a pan with a lid and deep enough to cook an entire meal in one pot, which this one does. It's deep enough for that, while being shallow enough to fry eggs or meat. Perfect for what I was looking for. And it comes completely clean with a wipe in the dishwater, no sticking. (Re a complete meal in the pan, I'm cooking for one) Regarding the problems mentioned by some other reviewers, I've not experienced those, at least not so far. The pan seems very sturdy and the handle is strong. There is a full-sized screwdriver included for attaching the handle. One of the instructions that I did not follow is the wearing of cotton gloves while using the pan, to avoid burning my hands. I found that totally unnecessary! :-D I don't know how the handles on the pan and lid would hold up if soaked. I haven't wanted to find out, so I avoid putting them into the dishwater until I'm ready to wash and dry them, whereas I might soak my other dishes and let them air dry in the drainer after washing. If things change, I'll come back and update but so far, I'm very happy with this pan.

Love this pan. Nothing sticks to it! So easy to clean. It's a perfect size also. A really really nice looking pan too. It seems well made also. It's kind of on the heavy side. All these new pans have heavy glass lids also. Some of us with arthritis have issues in this regard. Other than that a great pan!
