Fairly sturdy and well balanced. Assembly was simple and straightforward. My table supports 2 laptops, a monitor on an arm, speakers, kb/mouse and a printer. It moves slowly, but steadily with out bouncing the monitor. I have a sitting height and a standing height in memory and switch often. The cable management isn't great but it works. All in all I'd buy this again.

I am happy with this purchase. It took about 30 minutes to assemble by myself. I really like the feature that raises and lowers. It is pretty sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. It was worth the money in my opinion.
