I always thought parchment paper was unnecessary. I thought having baked item stick to the metal sheet was how it was. After a particularly difficult batch of cookies, I ordered a pack of parchment paper to try out. Wow, it was amazing and totally revolutionized how I bake. Whether it's cookies or battered fish fillets. Parchment paper makes it easy to remove or flip the item, as well as cleanup afterwards.

I have been using these for years and will never go back to a roll. I loathe tearing paper off a roll. Loathe it entirely! This is perfect and flat with straight edges all around, exactly the size I need for my small pans, or I use two for my larger pans. The work great for all the cooking and baking I do for our family. Highly recommend! And to that guy complaining about his greasy cookies seeping through the paper, you need a new recipe!

So done with the rolls of parchment paper that have to be flattened and then cut to size. This saves that step and gets cookies or roasted veggies done that much faster. I also use them for freezing cookie dough, both in logs or scoops. The box is designed to make it easy to pull out a sheet and go. Love them.

I love that I can just pull out a piece quickly when I need it. It does soak up grease. Definitely single use. I have had no issues with this paper. I have used it at high temps for my sourdough bread and it works great.

This pre-cut parchment paper is so convenient to use. I have both the regular size baking sheet and the large full size commercial baking sheets. I will use 1 parchment paper sheet for the regular and 2 for my full size baking sheets. I will also use it as paper to sift my dry ingredients onto.

I love that they’re unbleached and eco-friendly. They make cleanup so much easier and ensure even cooking every time. A bit pricey but definitely worth it for the convenience.

This brand is the best one. DO NOT buy Hovoco brand bc it stuck to your baked goods.
