I purchased my first one of these in 2020. It works perfectly for cold drinks and I use it nearly every day. It still looks the same as it did when it arrived. It washes and cleans up easily. I have found it does extremely well for hot or cold beverages. I am writing the review now as I am ordering another.

I purchased four of these in different colors. They keep my glass of raw milk ice cold and my tea hot, and they do it while looking beautiful. I have small hands and have no problem with the handles, my DH has very large hands and he uses the mugs as well without any problems. We do not use the lids and likely never will - so I can't say how good they are. I bought the mugs for the mug, not the lids.

Love the look and color and it’s the perfect size for my coffee. It’s keeping it super hot which I love. Very easy to clean.

The mug has held up well and has good insulation. Do yourself a favor and order different lids from the start, as the one that comes with it is cheap, hard to clean, and fragile.

These are some nice mugs. Quality materials and craftsmanship, worth the money. Keeps hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold, can't ask for more. I like the clear lids also so that you can see the contents, makes it easy to see if you're almost finished or need a refill. Happy with my purchase.

The cup is lightweight, easy to clean, no after taste, and the best part is my coffee remains hot!! I love the purple mug as it will never get mixed up with any other mug! Thank you seller, I am thinking about sending friends a mug for Christmas. . . .Best wishes.

You get exactly what you paid for. And what you paid for is a cut rate Yeti, and that's exactly what you get. I thought for sure Yeti was over-charging for their product, and that sooner or later some enterprising company would come along to under cut them. But no, not this one, anyway. The cup noticeably lighter than my 14 oz Yeti, with thinner sidewalls. This means less insulation to keep your drink hot or cold. Also, there is a scratch big enough to catch a fingernail located on the inner sidewall. Yeti would not have sold it like that. Aside from the scratch, though, the item seems mostly good enough. The lip of the cup has an almost sharp edge. The lid, while possibly able to keep your drink from splashing out or spilling entirely, is nowhere near leak proof, and has a fragile quality to it. None haptic pleasure of the Yeti lid, either. So there's your choice. Reasonable people could disagree about whether the extra dollars for the Yeti are worth it, but the can be no doubt that the Yeti is the premium product, better in every way. You can see and feel where those extra dollars are going, and it's not just in the name. But if you got kids what might lose theirs, give them this. It's fine, and should give years of service. Just not at that superlative level.

Mom loves it got it for her for Christmas but came after, took a month or so but after I got it mom loved it. The people were pretty nice as well got in touch with them because of shipping issues

The cups arrived ahead of the schedule delivery date. Quality of cups appears quite good and as advertised.
