I broke down finally and said okay I'll do this. We have 7 smallish flood lights in our kitchen that has a vaulted ceiling. I started changing those out with some eco friendly low voltage lights and was wow over how much brighter they were even though they were less voltage. I bought these lights from amazon for the rest of the house and ya, they too same thing, low power but big bright lights. Now I may save a nickle a year using any of these but have to admit I'm doing my part and the lights themselves give off more light for less money how can you go wrong. The real shock is going through you home and realizing just how many lights you actually have: 16 lights for the 4 ceiling fans, 12 for the 3 bath rooms, 6 floods for the lower level, 7 for the kitchen. Thats about half. Havent mentioned ceiling, hall and table lamps. Ouch!

inexpensive, energy efficient and works good

Excellent replacement bulb for 60 watt incandescents, nice warm color temperature. They also look very nice in my fixtures. will buy again. (Not sure how long they last.)

These bulbs provide good bright light. We purchased two packages of 24 in the last year. There are 8760 hours in a year, and we don't run the lights continuously. We have replaced around 20% of the bulbs for failure.

I've been using Sylvania bulbs for many years and have found them to be the best quality on the market. Lightbulbs come in different temperatures on a yellow-white scale: 2700 kelvin - Claims "soft" light and gives light that is yellow. Unlike the old school incandescent soft white lights which combined white, pink and yellow, all LED "soft white" lights do not have the softening pink cast, and, as such, give people's skin a more yellowish tone, which some people do not find flattering. 3500 kelvin - Gives a soft neutral, less yellow and more white light than 2700. 5000 kelvin - Gives a complete white and stark light as in a hospital setting. These bulbs being reviewed are 3500, and, unless I'm mixing bulbs of various temperatures in a room, use these with the more neutral light. -- Very much unlike some other reviews, for me, this Sylvania brand has always outlasted any of the various other brands I've used over the years which is the reason for my opinion. --

We like daylight bulbs and these give off a nice true white light and are cheaper than buying at the big box stores. 75W equivalent is oddly hard to find, so these were a good buy.

I got these bulbs at a good price and delivered to my door, so I’m very happy.

The products were used to install light around the perimeter of the building, and they worked perfectly.
