Bought in acceptable condition! Waited a month before submitting a review no problems so far! The screen and camera are PERFECT however the back and sides of the phone are really chipped up. This isn't a problem for me because I'm keeping a case on it anyway, just thought it'd be helpful for others.

SECOND REVIEW. I purchased & received this refurbished Samsung Galaxy phone around September 15,2024, for something like $225.00. I noticed the phone had a few glitches after a month. I attributed it to my learning how the phone worked & learning the new apps. After a few more glitches & adjusting the settings for several weeks. I knew this phone was defective. I lost keep-sake pictures, apps, typing on a website page screen & losing the page & info, the keys to type would freeze up, the home screen would freeze up, the pages would disappear as I read an article, the websites would stall, backspacing key would not backspace, typing was hard because at times some of the keys wouldn't work, space bar froze up at times, two different Samsung techs remotely checked my phone to no avail and my content was not found. I tried to get a replacement but one of the Samsung techs said my warranty had expired. On Amazon.com the last return day was December 12, 2024. Yet, the Top Notch Tech company would not replace the defective cell phone. A 3 month old phone that stopped working properly! Now I'm in communication with Amazon about their A to Z policy. I'm in the process of appealing the denied decision for replacing my phone or my refund by the seller. This $225.00 refurbished cell phone was a piece of junk. The phone is 3 months old no where being a year old for the warranty to expire. The refund or replacement policy is NOT TRUE for all involved. I shouldn't have to pay for repairs. Very dissapointed in both companies, especially, the sellers. Honesty should be a policy. Don't make advertisements that are dishonest. For the stress this has caused me needing my vital life line phone for health reasons....a new phone should be given to me of my choice. ----------------------------- First review about this camera. I liked the larger screen but think I'll be returning the current model for a larger screen but the same model. I think the screen length is 6.9, for the largest screen which is best for my vision. The only things I didn't like for this refurbished cellphone was that no instructional manual booklet was enclosed. I Googled everything that I needed info or instructions on. The battery is good, the picture quality is good, & for an unlocked refurbished cellphone it was in great condition & easy to transfer over to my carrier. I give this phone an 9.0, because I had problems with transferring my apps to my newer phone. I had to download a wireless transfer app to get the job done.

It was an amazing phone for almost 5 years. It worked with my T-mobile micro sim card from day one. It was in the beginning of 2020, right before the pandemic shutdown hit us here in the States. That was a little surprising, as AT&T apps and phone numbers were saved and downloaded and saved all over the device and in the address book. The Note 20 + was about a year old and refurbished by the time I became its owner. When it finally stopped working in October 2023, Samsung, themselves, told me I most certainly needed a new phone. It was a malware virus that caused this phone to fail. In the end, it was an outside source that ended its useful existence, and not really the phone itself, short of its technology being outdated. 4-5 years is at the outside of the lifespan of a Galaxy smart device. That is a Galaxy that is "babied;" (as in- it has never been dropped very far onto a hard surface, it's never gotten wet, has no cracks in it, and no visible damage at all, etc). and if it never had a virus attack its core components - the hard drive, sim, and software. When that time draws closer, the newest system and app updates, fixes for system vulnerabilities, leaks, virus patches, and the like, are incompatible with the older galaxy software, hardware, and storage on 4-5+ years old phones. Make sure to install the latest Android version before you sign into anything - absolutely anything at all! And, only install this *after* you've factory data reset the phone to erase any other potential threats. There's YouTube videos on what buttons to push to gard reset it without logging in. There was a recent patch in one of the last Android system updates. It was created to help prevent the one that killed my phone, along with other nasty viruses, from trying to steal all of your data during these breaches, your passwords- bothsaved and typed, and any and all in-app information. The scariest part is that no one at T-mobile had ever even seen a phone with malware embedded into the hardware, and especially the sim card, like mine had. Multiple factory resets couldn't get rid of it, not even the slightest bit. Samsung corporate (IT representatives) connected me with 3 or 4 different reps, all in different various troubleshooting/tech departments, because they'd not yet seen that particular bug and didn't know what to do. The last rep finally told me the virus was now a permanent and dangerous data-breach-level feature on the phone, and I needed to get a new one to support any and all of the newest security patches and fixes. After playing with cheaper phones for a few months, I eventually did upgrade. The latest patch seems to be working excellently. I've had not one bug or a single issue come up on my much newer Ultra that I purchased a few weeks ago.

I bought this phone has an upgrade for my father's old phone; and let me tell you it has been the best purchase I've made in a long time. The phone came without a scratch and if someone had told me it was new and not refurbished I would have believed it. The only small issue that I had was that the phone was asking for a code to unlock the network, but I wrote the seller and almost immediately we were able to fix the issue. Not only I recommend the seller but I'm planning to buy another phone in the near future.
