I love coffee! I don't overdo it, and usually have 2 cups in the morning all year-round and maybe another cup in the evening during colder months. I'm just a regular coffee drinker who loves a good, well-balanced cup of coffee. This variety pack satisfies that need for a good cup! I wish I could describe the flavors with terms a connoisseur might use, but all I can say is that I found each flavor satisfying, delicious and balanced. I will purchase again. The pods themselves worked great - - I had no grounds in my cup, no drips or mishaps while brewing, etc. The pods were packed by flavor in several sealed bags, making for easy storage and keeping them fresh. As for the actual coffee content, I found it to be generous and plentiful. The pods are full and the company is definitely not stingy. I like that these are easy to recycle and compost, and there is much more to compost and much less to recycle. I've been using my own refillable pods for the last two years, and I bought these more out of want for convenience and change ; instead, I found coffee that I like so much, I haven't used my own refillable pods since I bought these, and I probably won't for a while. (I plan to purchase this variety pack again, so I may have to give away a bag or two of what I have on-hand ; I don't want to waste it.) The Fog Chaser had me worried - - would it be too strong or jack me up? Not at all! It's perhaps stronger than the others, but deliciously so. My mother says this is her favorite, and she rarely likes a strong coffee. This is my favorite, too, at least for now. (I'm torn between this and the Rain Forest, but I truly enjoy them all.) The breakfast blend was bright, balanced, and lighter than the rest---but not too light. I can easily see this being a favorite of many, especially for those who prefer a milder cup. I did find this a little bolder than the average breakfast blend, but that's not to say it's super strong - - it's not. Organic Rain Forest reminded me of a Costa Rica coffee I had years ago and loved. I compared it to the Rain Forest coffee we had on hand and to a Hawaiian Blend, and ours were both bland and tasteless in comparison. I won't go as far to say it's the best Rain Forest coffee I have had, but it's quite tasty and stands firmly on its own as delicious. I haven't tried the French Roast, but my brother did when he visited, and he said it was yummy. It sure smelled good! His girlfriend had the same type, and she enjoyed it so much that she had me send her a link so she could purchase her own packs. I'm so happy I took a chance on this purchase. I was a little hesitant to buy a large quantity of pods, but I had tried the brand before and recalled that I liked it (I think some pods came with my first Keurig, and I also purchased some of their other pods a year or so back before I stopped buying pods altogether ) , plus, the good reviews made me feel confident. Overall, I'd give this variety pack a solid "A" bordering on "A+". I'll definitely buy again, both this particular variety pack as well as some of their others.( I also plan to gift some.) One final thought : I can't stress enough how much I love these pods. The coffee is great, yes, but I also love that there is so little waste. With the original Keurig pods, I felt guilty anytime I used them and saw all that plastic. I couldn't keep doing that - - the waste and garbage was astounding. I can't go look right now, but I'm pretty sure the top part of the pods is a thick paper/cardboard /foil and paper... something like that , and overall there is barely any plastic... if any at all, especially compared to other pods. Maybe just the little ring part that connects the pod to the top of the pod...? I'm not sure. I know that I feel much better about using these, and even though there is some waste when compared to the refillable pods, I can feel good about using these and about supporting a company who at least cares about reducing waste and tries. That's important to my family, and it makes the coffee taste that much better. ;) TL; DR: This is good stuff.... Delicious coffee generously packed in recyclable pods. Buy it! It's yummy!

San Francisco brand French Roast coffee has been my go to coffee for years now. It consistently has an enjoyable bold, true coffee flavor and aroma. When visiting coffee houses trying coffees from different regions of the world is something I enjoy and it's so cool of an experience tasting the differences. Hanging out or frequenting those groovy little independent coffee shops is not easy now due to living in a rural area. While this coffee might not be some peoples choice, it works for me and works really well. It's definitely bold and full-bodied and sometimes I taste some sort of smoke aftertaste that's enjoyable. I roast my own coffee and am careful about selecting beans but haven't been able to find time to do that this year. When out of San Francisco French Roast coffee I literally freak for a minute and then search all over for anything with actual flavor that might be lurking forgotten in our coffee pantry. When I find all we have is my husbands Max... House breakfast blend it makes me cringe and take a deep breath knowing I didn't plan well enough to reorder and now will have to struggle through a cup of that weird flavor and weak taste until it can be replaced. This coffee arrives quickly once ordered, and is packaged carefully using recycled products. The pods are designed to work in single serve K-cup type brewers but they're environmentally better bc they don't have all that plastic that gets wasted. The tops are made of thick paper and the bottoms are made of a densely woven sort of paper netting. They work just fine and without any hiccups in my plain, single-serve, k-cup brewer. The pods are made to be recycled too. Each box contains, I think, 8 compostable bags and in each bag there are 10 single serve coffee pods. An added huge bonus comes when you open one of your bags and - poof! - out comes the intoxicating aroma of fresh ground, full-bodied coffee. So good!

I loooooove Colombian coffee and these taste great! As you see, I gave it high marks except for the value and you will see why below. The reason why I bought them was threefold. 1. My office did not have Colombian blend coffee as a choice. 2. It is supposedly a better environmental choice as it is compostable. 3. The price was fairly good for a compostable high-quality coffee. It is one of the few that supposedly works in a Keurig 2.0 machine. Well, unless you like cleaning exploded coffee pods out of your 2.0 machine, I recommend against it. They don't explode every time you use them, but only at the most inopportune times, or that is just my Murphy's Law experience with them at least. I'll be going along the whole week without a hitch and then boom, I open the lid to remove the pod to find coffee grounds evvvvverywhere and have to carefully rinse out the pod housing. The last time it happened, I thought I had killed the company machine for sure. I didn't want to explain to caffeine-deprived people that I broke their machine. It took so long to rinse all the grounds out. The seal on the pod doesn't seem equipped to withstand the heat of the hot water that comes from the machine. That may be something QC wants to work on fixing. Alas, I can't buy them anymore. SFB, your team has to work on that. It's the only flaw. Your quality and flavor is on point.

This is simply the best, taste wise and the material wise. Tried Starbucks, not even close. Love all 5 in this variety pack, each has distinct flavor, all on the medium to dark roast spectrum. Wish there is still a seller that carries it at reasonable price.

Many questions by guests re brand and type of coffee. A definite favourite. Uses minimal plastic in the K-Cup which is an awesome bonus.

Es la segunda vez que pido esta caja. La primera vez fue hace un año. La caja vino bien y en orden. Me encanta que la cápsula sea con la menor cantidad de plástico y el sabor sea de calidad mi favorita es la verde.
