This flash drive works really well and , unlike the off brand 1TB drives I've tried in the past, the full amount of storage is accessible. It's also (subjectively) pretty quick. Surprisingly (to me) the USB connector end gets a bit warm in operation. Not hot, just noticeably warm. Not a big deal to me and I'm Happy with the purchase and especially with the Prime day deal I got on it. It's perfect for backing up bunches of files and I will be getting a couple more the next time I see a good price break on them.

I used this to put some movies and music on. The drive was quick (after I plugged it into the correct USB port). Obviously the older USB ports, will not support the faster speed. The drive appears to be well built and should hold up well.

This flash drive is very, very fast. Of course at 1TB it will store a great deal of data. It is Windows compatible and DOES NOT require any downloads of software in order to make it work. They say it is metal; it doesn't feel like metal. It feels like heavy plastic. That is o.k. because the housing doesn't really bother me. The USB plug-in storage is good as well as the size of the unit. The little blue processing light is almost impossible to see. Don't rely on it to tell you anything. This thing gets H-O-T! It is not enough to burn you or melt your equipment but just beware that it will be quite warm then you remove it after using it. I really do not know why this SSD stick would get so very hot. The setup is easy but "goofy" (at least to me). If you setup the vault/security/password system be prepared for some strange procedures. There is no instruction book/explanation that comes with the stick other than what you see in the opening downloads. It would be a good idea for SanDisk to provide one for computer "lay people" so they would know what to do. I have processed documents, pictures, downloads and videos to this stick and it works perfectly and is very, very fast. I would recommend for the lay person to go online and watch several videos pertaining to how to setup and use the stick. I would be very helpful. Don't be worried, it is really easy to use once you get the "hang" of it. The price is great! I called my friends about this stick and price and they are going to purchase one also. Buy it. You will probably like it!

Just cosmetically I love this drive! I like the feel and weight of a metal drive. It does get warm when transferring for a bit but that’s the be expected. I love the “switchblade” design of the button and spring loaded connection. But mostly I love that it’s super fast, and reliable. I’ve been using this drive for 3 years now. I use it as the main storage hub for all my videos and pictures (about 700GB worth). It’s what I use to transfer all files from phone to comp and back. Moves about 30GB of data in about 15min. Maybe faster if I had a better laptop. Don’t hesitate to buy this drive at all. You won’t regret it

La amé por completo, viene en su empaque original y lista para usarse. En mi caso, soy DJ y la necesitaba en formato FAT32, tuve que descargar una aplicación externa para hacerlo ya que de fábrica viene en formato EXFAT, para que lo tengan en consideración pero no es ningún problema. La usb es increíblemente rápida, es muy muy bonita estéticamente, es algo grande y se calienta muy ligeramente pero se nota la calidad, volveré a comprar sin duda alguna.

In the first use, the memory already showed failures.

I like it is because of the speed of transferring data from my computer to drum drive and then to printers or other laptop for work or school purposes by using USB. I dislike it due to this drum drive doesn't come with type-C adapter. Because sometimes I download some documents from my mobile phone cannot transfer data to these drum drive by using type-C.
