As an older guy, I’m a big fan of the benefits of Saw Palmetto. This capsules ingredient combination in this particular product improves the effect on my ability to urinate with a stronger flow. I recommend it. So far, I’ve had no side effects at all.

I got this stuff because I get up around 5 times a night to pee. The first few months, it did seem to decrease the urge to pee, so I only got up about 3 times. UNfortunately,, the last month or so, I'm back to getting up 4-5 times a night, so not sure if Ive gotten used to it, or something else is going on.

There’s nothing to not like about this product. I started experiencing a weak urine stream. So, I did my research about Saw Palmetto, and couldn’t be more satisfied what I was hearing. I ended up purchasing this brand, and it’s freaking amazing! I never felt better so quickly. The results are endless. I purchased this product few times and i liked that it helped in hair growth. I am a male and i started having a pain in my left nipple.. This is medical condition called Gynecomastia. This could be that. I stopped taking this product an the pain stopped. Again I am not a doctor but I had this condition when taking a certain prescribed medication that caused the same side effect so I had my doctor discontinue the medication. As I said I am not a doctor but wanted to give you a heads up.

I bought this to assist in my hair journey. Although it is too early to tell if it is doing what I intended it to do but I am hopeful! Capsules are quite large and the dosage is two a day, leaves no nasty after taste and easy to take.

I take these to keep my urinary function good. These give you a nice and hefty dose of the extract at a good price. No complaint.
