Lite weight laminating machine. Easy to use, quickly heats up. Great for small offices or personal use. Use it mostly for laminating 8x10 posters and it does a great job.

I was in the market for a new laminator as my old one was wearing out. It's over a decade old, it was time. I researched other brands, I read reviews, I contemplated buying something different. Ultimately, I came back to the original laminator I already owned. It's reliable, it works well, it heats up quickly, it is quiet and I have never have issues with jams or bubbles. I'll stick with the Scotch brand... for laminating machines and laminating sheets. Their worth the cost.

These are always a must have for my classroom! They work pretty well and are definitely worth the price. I buy a big pack every school year and use them for all sorts of different things.

Great quality, works on my scotch laminating machine, fits entire 8.5x11 paper, or even little cards, doesn’t wrinkle much, very clear result—no foggy laminated papers. Laminates well, good value for the amount it comes with!

Although I will use this for laminating items, I bought it to do thermal foiling . It works perfectly. Heats up fast.

I like the weight and ease of use of this laminator! It has a slide guide for insertion, a place to wrap cord underneath and even place to easily carry it. Replaced an older device and this has features the other did not--SUPER buy and improvement! Love it! A.L. Walton

As a crafter, I often need to laminate my projects for durability and a professional finish. I purchased this machine in August 2023, and I've been using it regularly ever since. The laminator arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Its clean white and blue design fits nicely into my craft space without being bulky, which is a plus for storage. The warm-up time is advertised as five minutes, and from my experience, that is quite accurate—it heats up relatively quickly. It accommodates standard 8.5 x 11-inch paper, which is ideal for most of my projects. The two rollers ensure a smooth lamination process. I’ve used it for everything from laminating project instructions to creating durable tags and labels, and I have not experienced any jams. I appreciate having two different heat settings, as they provide flexibility for the thickness of the laminating pouches. The results have consistently been clear, bubble-free lamination that adheres well to the surfaces. So far, the laminator appears to be durable. I have used it quite a bit over the past couple of years, and it has held up well. The housing feels sturdy, and the rollers are still functioning flawlessly. The auto shut-off feature after an hour is an excellent safety addition that gives me peace of mind. **Pros:** * Quick warm-up time * User-friendly and easy to operate * No jams experienced * Two heat settings for versatility * Auto shut-off feature for safety **Cons:** * Not very compact for portable use. While it's a decent size for home use, it's not ideal for traveling or taking to craft classes. A more compact design would be beneficial for portability. For the price, the Scotch Brand Pro Thermal Laminator offers excellent value. It is a reliable and efficient machine, perfect for both occasional and frequent crafters. It delivers great results, and even though I wish it were more portable, there isn't much else to complain about. I highly recommend this machine; it has made my crafting projects much easier and more professional-looking.

Couldn’t really tell you if this works or not as it’s suitable for use in this country so I had to send it which was not only a waste of time but and disappointing as it looked like a nice Laminator

These are solid, really thick plastic, and are very sturdy. Really nice quality. Finished product exceeded my expectations, taking regular paper to the rigidity of heavy cardboard. These will bombproof any paper product (including business cards and photos) nicely sealing out moisture and creating a stiff, washable, reusable product with little to no effort. The cost per pouch with the 20 pack is $0.50. The cost per pouch for the 50 - 100 pack is about $0.20 - $0.25 per pouch. Oddly, the 150 package seems to have a higher cost per pouch than the 50 or 100 - for higher quantities you may be better off ordering multiples of the 100 packs than the 150 pack. It is well worth the small extra cost to order these in the 50 or 100 pack, rather than the 20 pack, but be careful, the 150 pack does not seem to be as much of a bargain. Please let me know if you found this helpful or if you have any further questions.

My wife is an ECE in a kindergarten class and she laminates and laminates. She is on her second laminator, the first one an inexpensive but a brand name stopped working so the replacement was a better model and this Scotch product has always worked well. Value packages (100 -200 sheets) are cost effective. Only tried a cheaper brand once and a few sheets in there was some wrinkling (operator error?) and 3 mil weight did not feel as heavy. You put in enough effort (time/money) to produce the item you are laminating.
