Words cannot describe how much I LOVE my Segway. It is immensely fun and easy to use. I've wanted to be able to ride something, anything, my whole life --skateboard, unicycle, ripstick, longboard, rollerblades, etc-- and never really succeeded... My legs shake so badly from anxiety, and this has prevented me from successfully learning to ride things with wheels. Sure, I was able to stay upright ~mostly~ on ice skates after literally decades of trying, but it never felt comfortable or easy. Every glide felt like I was risking my life (or limbs!) due to how shaky my legs were. Even kick scooters and bicycles feel really risky to me. Imagine my surprise when, in just minutes of my first attempt at stepping on the Segway, I'm rolling around feeling fairly secure! Stepping on it was SO easy. The self-balancing really does help tremendously, and it doesn't feel anything like stepping on a skateboard, where the board instantly wants to shoot off in every direction. Instead, it just rocks slightly and corrects itself. Moving took a bit more effort, but not much. I felt comfortable enough after the intro sequence to take it out for a brief ride. I've had my Segway for almost a month now, and have stopped driving pretty much entirely. I use the Segway every opportunity I can, and feel disappointed when I have to take the car. It is great, especially, for moving around the city, and can go almost as fast as a bike. Because I've been so successful with the Segway, and feel so secure on it, my legs actually don't shake (unless I hit a bump!). I've hit small bumps 3x or so, and managed to catch myself without any real consequence thanks to the Segway righting itself. Previously, I've hurt myself badly on skateboards and the such because they tend to shoot out in front or behind you, resulting in me tripping on them. Not so with this Segway. My mind trusts it in a way I've never trusted wheels before. What could they approve? There needs to be a scout frame or other way of attaching things to the Segway. A bar or small metal loop on the back would go a long way-- I would use this to attach a small wagon to tow things. Other ways of attaching things would also be appreciated. The size/shape is awkward because you can't put anything on it. None of the typical scooter/bike attachments will be able to attach to this. I'd like to be able to hang a very small bag, stronger lights, and tow my small wagon without having to craft my own attachment. I've ordered a lightweight scout frame that I hope will help with this. Also, this really should work with the Go-Kart like the others do. Or they can make a new Go-kart. I'd love to use it with that item.

Very easy to operate after 10 minutes of practice next to the kitchen counter. I bought this 3 years ago and use it multiple times per week both on sidewalks and dirt trails. It’s been fantastic to use when walking the dog too, the dog can run, walk at a fast pace, or just meander along and I’m right there at the end of the leash. I used to cut dog walks short when I became tired and never did I run with the dog. Now I go as long as she wants to walk and can keep up when she wants to run. I use it everywhere - grocery shopping, trips to the mall, sightseeing and hiking (as long as the hiking trail is labeled handicap accessible. I’ve been accosted by mall security a few times but after informing them that I’m handicapped and this is my mobility device, they have to back off and permit it. It’s truly life changing since I can visit the mall and cover the whole thing easily and without having to carry my oxygen bottle!

I am having the experience that I expected to have, and the Segway is a lot of fun. I want to ride it all the time, but there are only so many places to go. I get around quicker on a bicycle, and walking is better exercise, but I am still thrilled to have this around. It’s a toy, really, but I always look forward to taking it out. I do wish it allowed me to go a little faster. I regularly ride it a couple blocks to my friend’s house, and it’s constantly slowing me down. I have earbuds in, so I don’t hear it, but I’m sure the alarm is annoying to the neighbors. And having it lean back and slow me down is kinda lame. I have never used the remote, and it seems like a bit of an unnecessary gimmick. I was hoping I could customize the lights on the wheels, but those will always be blue. Still fun to have those accent lights. The rear lights can be adjusted in the mobile app. Initial app setup was a little confusing at first because at one point it wanted me to pick up the device, and it took me forever to interpret that literally. I wish they would have shown a better depiction of what exactly it wanted from me: literally pick it up off of the ground by the handle. I have been riding it here and there for about two weeks, have accumulated over 5 miles, and have come close to needing a charge. I have had over a dozen friends try it out, and it’s intuitive for everyone. It emits a constant high-pitched whine, and my friend’s dog wouldn’t come in the same room as the Segway while it was on. It handles small bumps and uneven surfaces (like getting on and off the sidewalk) just fine. All I can really say is it was expensive, but it’s fun.

I just wanna say that this little Segway is the bomb Diggity. For me being 42 years old this thing is great. I ride this thing all over my house and it’s way better than walking around lol. I am not exactly sure why it took me so long to purchase something so awesome. But I am glad I purchased this Segway. My friends and family thought that I was gonna fall on my butt, but I didnt I proved those guys wrong so many times lol. If you are in the market for something like this. I would do this one and yeah, you can only weigh 220 pounds but I love it. It rides smoothly over my hardwood floors and carpet. I can go from one side of the house to the other side of the house in no time. It has beautiful colors that you can turn on in the wheels and it has a step by step tutorial walking you through how to use it. So if you’re in the market for one of these things, choose this one it’s the best.

Arrived promptly in impeccable packaging. Easy, straightforward instructions, app and tutorial to ensure ease and safety in getting started. I have been pleasantly surprised with the outstanding stability ... It REALLY holds itself still while you mount and dismount it, and takes self-balancing to a whole new level! The build is rugged and tough while the design is elegant and refined. Tackles the roughest, bumpiest, patchiest, tilting, gravel strewn roads with ease. Excellent speed and battery life. I recommend this transport device with zeal and confidence! Go for it!!! :)

I have two EUCs, the Segway Drift W1s, and an eScooter. Compared to all those devices, this one is great if you need to be hands free, and need to stop and go without having to get off your vehicle. I use it for cruising, taking out the trash, maintaining the lawn, mainly because it has really good stability and control at slow speeds. It’s been a huge help for my use cases. My back thanks me lol. For those who just want to use it for cruising, not the best option, its slow and you’ll quickly want more speed. It’s good for people just getting into EVs. The battery is decent for short trips.

Really fun for the whole family. Excellent build quality. You feel confident and trust it more because it’s sturdy and well built. Obviously, only complaint is the speed limiter. Bonus is that this model can be hooked up to the Go-kart kit. Only had it for a day and we can’t wait to ride it again. Just overall fun with nothing to do during COVID times. Best ride for now. Still loving it. Thinking of buying another one. A must have I think.
