Got everything set up, looks nice, ready to go. Follow the instructions, turn it on and off, etc. It errors out. The error is "Door anti-pinch triggered!" I try all the troubleshooting I can find - make sure the bag isn't in the way of the sensor, make sure the sensor is clean, and so on. Still doesn't work. I even find tutorials for litter robots on how to fix the same issue when it's permanent. No luck (also note that all internal components are covered by epoxy or similar if you want to do fixes on your own). I've reached out to 3 different places associated with this litter box for support, and so far, no response. Unless they get back to me and can help,this is basically trash.

Instructions for the deodorant box need to be a little more clear. Specifically, pull back adhesive on deodorant box and instruct where to stick it to.

Just received the item and it was an Easy install. I have a kitten and i hope it's not to high for her to get into. I will give it a 5 star for fast delivery and installation but the kitten has not tried it yet. I do have to say it is quite but slow moving that is a double plus so far.

It’s works great when it works. It is constantly jamming up saying something is in the way or it says that a cat hasn’t been felt in a long time and it will refuse to clean so you get a big mess since it hasn’t clean in 12+ hours. Other than that, it works has designed.
