This is my third Shark vacuum, and all of them still work great—I just use them for different areas. I couldn’t be more pleased with the suction power and overall quality. It’s also incredibly easy to clean! Disassembling and reassembling it is simple and requires no extra effort. I have two cats, and this vacuum helps keep my rugs spotless. It offers excellent value for the price. My mother owns the same model, and hers works flawlessly too. It’s a lightweight vacuum and it has lights. If you’re looking for a dependable “workhorse,” this is the one to choose. It may not have extra bells and whistles, but it gets the job done exceptionally well!

Great suction and cord length. I feel like I’m cleaning up what my previous vacuum missed. I love the mobility and the vacuum head is detachable for hard to reach places. Its very lightweight and easy to maneuver. My only gripe is the container does not hold much. I have to empty it for each floor.

I was hesitant to get another shark vacuum after my last one (lift off) died out after only 2 years. But I gave it a try based on reviews and so far am not disappointed. I have carpet, hardwood, and carpet stairs and this vacuum does wonders on all of it. It's easier for me to vacuum the stairs with the different attachments and ways to use it. I like that there is a way to store the vacuum with a hook on the vacuum itself so you don't have to mount a hook if you don't want to. And it's easy to attach it and go. The suction is impressive and really cleans the carpet well and the brush attachment helps get pet fur up well on stairs. It was easy to put together and the cord seems like a decent length. If I were to have to come up with things I didn't like or areas of improvement to make this vacuum better I would say it is a bit loud which is to be expected with how well the suction is and the other thing is that the vacuum fully put together is rather tall for a short person. Also it would be nice if it could stand up on its own without being in two pieces. But those are trivial complaints as I am still very satisfied with my purchase so far. Will update if anything changes.

Light weight,very strong suction,picks much more than full size vacuumed gets the pet hair and dirt deep in the carpet.Seems to sleep propel makes it easy to push along.Bright led lights.Would have given 5 stars but the dirt canister is very small,constantly having to stop to empty,many other great features.

I’m quite pleased with this stick vacuum. I originally wanted a cordless one but was worried about the power compared to a corded one. Decided on this one because the price was great. It runs well on hard floor, large area rugs and carpet. The attachments are great and it’s not too heavy. The only downsides are that it can’t stand on its own due to being top heavy and the canister isn’t very large so needs to be emptied more often. I purchased a small piece to hang this on the wall of my pantry for around $7-8 and it works great. Hoping this machine will last a long time!

I have a Shark Rocket and loved it and since the reviews were good, I bought this one (hv322) for a friend who needed a new lightweight vacuum. I tried it and love it. Compared to the orange one (hv301), this one -is lighted both by the vacuum, and the dust canister should you use the attachments without the long wand. You can vacuum in dim light easily. -has a bigger and **detachable** canister which is great. Now you don’t have to carry a plastic grocery bag with me around the house to dump the yuck in. But that is still easy to do… And I can spray-rinse it out since it’s no longer fixed to the cord. -still has similar amazing suction which is great. -still maneuvers to an almost 90 degrees when teaching tough spots. -Note: If you can find a floor attachment that fits the HV322, it’s great for floors; better than the vacuum attachment on the first setting. For folks complaining about suction, etc., even the best vacuums require human intervention. Be sure you 1) turn the vacuum over regularly and use scissors to cut any accumulation of long strings and hair along the two grooves and pull that stuff out and toss. Your vacuum can’t perform optimally with a ton of hair wrapped around the brush. 2) wash the filter(s) regularly with dish soap and warm water. Wash and squeeze until water runs clean and let dry overnight. Your vacuum can’t perform optimally with clogged filters. I’ve had my hv301 for many, many years and it still runs beautifully and has amazing suction. A little care goes a long way. I’m now waiting for the hv322 to go down a little in price so I can buy one for myself.

I have had this vacuum for over 6 months and it has been great! I have wood floors with area rugs, the different brush speeds allows me to easily switch between both surfaces and get a good clean. It is lightweight and easy to use on stairs and get into tight corners/spaces. We have a dog and cat and the suction is powerful enough to clean the hair off of the medium pile area rug in the living room. I appreciate the light that is activated when using it as a handheld vacuum to see under the furniture and beds.

Recién empecé a usarla y ha funcionado bastante bien, llego antes de la fecha que se esperaba en perfectas condiciones la caja, bien empaquetada, cumple lo que anuncia quita el pelo de mi perrita es de pelo corto y aun asi lo aspira muy bien de los sillones, aunque debo decir es más pesada de lo que pensaba y es difícil usarla por largo tiempo pero cumple perfecto su función

I had really high expectations on this vacuum based on the reviews. Unfortunately, the engine was making a weird noise and smelling burnt. I will return it.

good vacumr for stick vacuum gets the carpets cleaner than many of the other ones I've used, definitely is a bit louder though. I like the flashlight on the bottom of the vacuum so when u take the floor attachment off to do baseboards get in small spaces you still get light too see. This vacume does just as good as the heavy shark uprights and weighs a faction so I'd you have back and should issues this is way easier on the body.

We chose this vacuum as we have pets and multiple different floor surfaces. I've always been fond of Dysons but their price point is just too high. This proved to be a great alternative. First, the bad: -Doesn't have a HEPA filter. To be truly competitive I believe these should be standard. I knew it didn't come with one, but it is a feature I definitely miss. -Doesn't pick up well when reversing over things. I've found that it only sucks up when your vacuuming forward over dirt but not so great when going backwards over it. Besides those 2 items, the vacuum is great. It's great for pet hair and works great on carpet and hardwood. The cord is nice and long to cover a large area without having to constantly find a new outlet. The light is a lot more useful than I expected. It helps find all those extra hairs you thought you got. Overall for the price point, I think it's a must own and excellent alternative to the more expensive brand.
