This was my 2nd purchase of this product. Very happy with the operation and strong vacume feature. The sprayer works much like a other units with a spray and mop feature. However, this unit must have been damaged and tye cleaning solution leaked out from the bottom quickly. (Assuming the tank or hose is cracked or defective. I contacted Shark CS through the provided info on Amazon. The agent politely and effeciciantly reviewed the problem and they are sending a replacement unit in 7/10 days. No cost to me. I'm very happy with this product and how well it works. Very light and easy to handle. Tossing the replaceable used pads is just a push if a button. Don't have to touch the dirty pads at all. Perfect for a quick clean up on all hand floors. And the vacume container holds a surprisingly good amount of dirt. I have 2 heavy shedding Aussies and this make my daily sweeps and spot cleaning super easy. And charges quickly. Great for hard surface stairways as well. Good product for the money. And Customer service was great. Great product,

I like that it is not heavy. I had to give away my steam mop because it was just too much to push across the floor. I gave away my spin mop because I had no room in my tiny place to store it. This little vac/mop is a terrific solution for me! I can use what ever cleaning solution I want. I just pour it in the machine. Right now I am using 1/3 c. rubbing alcohol, 1/3 c. water, 1/3 c. vinegar, a few drops of dish soap and a couple of drops of essential oil for a pleasant odor. The cleaning solution that came with the vac/mop was good as well and I may purchase more of it for times when I don't have rubbing alcohol or vinegar on hand. The vacuum part has a small container that can be emptied between uses. The disposable mop pads are good, they work well. But I bought some reusable mop pads and I love them on this machine. I highly recommend this vac/mop if you have trouble pushing around a heavy mop or don't have space to store something like a spin mop.

I've purchased a cordless Bissell vac/mop worth over $300 two years ago. I got it at Bed Bath and beyond on one of the final closing days so I purchased it for a little over $100, not bad. That thing worked for less than a year and wouldn't turn on anymore. Point is, I was shopping for another one and came across this one on Amazon, it was $60 and I thought well it may be good because it's a Shark product and thank God I bought it. I've been using it for 5 months now and it does the job. The vacuum is powerful and picks up all along the edges perfectly. The mop works well too, I love the fact it has disposable pads, I never have to worry about using the same brush roll and how clean my floor actually is because of that. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver and you don't have to charge it everyday, I charge it maybe once a week or more, I guess it depends how much you use it, it has never gone dead on me and I use it everyday. I just love this product all around, it's my go to floor cleaner and quick mess cleaner. Shark, you never fail! I'm so glad I bought this, it worked and cleaned so much more than that overpriced item I bought even on sale. Ditch the self cleaning brush roll, I never felt it cleaned great after the first run. Shark cordless Vac/Mop is my everyday use, in the kitchen and baths. I highly recommend this item if you're looking for daily maintenance on your floors.

I'm a hands and knees floor cleaner - do floors get clean any other way? Recently interested in "breaking into" the knee-saving convenience of a wet-mop-vac. Years ago I tried swif wet jet and tossed it because of doghair and sopping disgusting pads that pushed around dirt. I would have spent much more, but the reviews on more complicated versions/brands always stopped me, so I decided to go basic and inexpensive. I was really averse to something complicated - maybe others are ok with that, my goal was SIMPLE, quick. After the first use, the Shark Hard Floor Vacuum Mop seems to be a very suitable introduction to the concept for me! The vacuum is actually quite adequate for doghair and loose debris in the kitchen. I first "vacuumed" the entire area prior to spraying (per instructions, not sure how I feel about vacuuming up wet/sprayed debris). One bad thing is that the trigger for the vacuum is under the crook in the handle, so I ended up hitting it A LOT by mistake as I got used to pushing it. The agility and twist is perfect, easy to handle and easy to keep straight on. The accuracy of the spray will take some time to get used to. The Shark VacMop Cleaner did fairly well - I saw streaks and footprints along the way, but as the floor dried they are not noticeable. An annoyance is that these mops are certainly ALL designed to be pushed FORWARD which when using wet, you can't help but leave footprints ... and it's nearly impossible not to push back and forth over dirty areas. I accomplished a large kitchen and large bathroom with first use. I used 3 pads and less than a cup of cleaner. Took 15 minutes but I stopped to read directions etc. I'm impressed honestly! I think it has potential to be quick, pretty darn thorough, and simple. My intentions are to try white vinegar and water, but the cleaner exceeded my expectations - I only kneeled down to "scratch away" a dirt spot a few times, and if I sprayed and came back to a spot in a minute or two it got almost everything. [PS my floor was REALLY dirty!] Also worth noting, was the light on the front, it is not super bright but helped see what was in front of the mop. It was impressive in the corners and along baseboards - no complaints (and I will get better at that as I see what works best for me). My recommendation is that if you are looking to try the wetvac concept, and want REALLY SIMPLE, this was well worth the fairly low price I paid. As the unit ages, I will update if I feel any differently. Overall, I believe I will use it (as opposed to something too big and time consuming) and I believe it worked very well for no knees. Price was easy. It's a YESSSSS.

The Shark Vacmop is extremely agile and manages to get into every small area. The suction and pick up ability far surpasses my expectation. The convenience and the ease of use makes this device a great contributor to keeping my condo floors always at its best. It is excellent for small areas and big areas alike for the convenience of quick cleanup‘s. Sheldon/Montreal

The vacuum it self is amazing quality. However, the quality they use is cheap and terrible quality. The plastic, the fabric or cotton wears out in just a few strokes of vacuum cleaner. The area or compartment that the dust and materials collected is very small. I don’t commend to buy.

We had a similar piece earlier which broke after almost 2 years of use. Hence, we understand the reliability of this material. It is good and we purchased the same product again.

I really like this vac/map, it’s very practical for my home. It’s great for daily cleaning and also just quick clean ups, it’s very light and easy to carry anywhere in the house. I find the suction to be very good. I mainly use it on the areas of my home with laminate flooring, so the pads do last for a good amount of uses. For tiled areas like my kitchen, that need a deeper clean, I use this more like a broom replacement and then mop with my steam mop, it’s still great because it’s just so much faster than sweeping.
