Works Great! I have had several different hand held massage guns over the past few years so this was my first time purchasing a massager that I did not have to hold and continuously move around with my hand. This massager is so much better. It seems to give just the right amount of pressure to your sore muscles. I can sit back and relax more with the massager doing all the work & this provides me way more relief than any handheld massager ever did, I have more than a few issues regarding my cervical spine so I need help with my sore muscles every day and this massager helps relieve that muscle tension. If you are considering purchasing this neck massager go for it. The reason I chose this particular brand is because I saw a video review from a massage therapist giving it a great review so I figured if a massage therapist gives it a glowing review then that's the one I'm going to buy. I just wish I had purchased this a lot sooner.

So this is about the closest to one of those fancy massage chairs in a nail salon as you are going to get for like $50. Its really great. My ONLY complaint is that you plug it in. But I guess that makes you have to sit in one place vs moving around. Its not a big deal, you are just limited in motion. But if you are near an outlet this is the BEST neck massage device I have ever used. Really big thumbs up.

I have used this type of massager in the past. I usually like to use the handles to position it on my back and then pull on the handles to apply pressure. This unit has a difficult time doing that. I am able to position it ok, but due to where the straps/handles attach to the massager unit, when you pull on the handles, the massager rotates and doesn't apply much pressure on your back. Ended up having to return as it didn't work for me.

It is externaly amazing: only $50 and deliver closer to professional message, you can move it around and target any muscles. I was worried it will be weak but it is not. As long as it continue to work as is I am very satisfied and I love message and experiences muscle aches and pain, and actual message is expensive. This is just perfect

I purchased this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I have also used it a couple times and can say the same. One of the best parts is that it is heated which just adds some extra soothing to the massage. We have found this massager to work well for the lower back, upper back, and neck. Before buying this I was worried about the potential quality and how often it would actually get used. But I really shouldn't have worried about either of those things as it works great, has high quality materials and build, and gets used all the time.

This massager is a gamechanger for me. My daughter recommended it to me. It's so easy to access, not bulky so it is always at hand and ready to use. Just slip it on and I immediately feel the tension melt away from my neck and back. I also use it on my leg where I have developed bursitis. I use it as often as I can and it is worth every penny. I'm in my sixties so price and ease of use are really important to me as well as the great results. Plus the one-year free product replacement is an added bonus. Highly recommend.
