Mixed well no chunks , I used milk and ice and it made it thicker. Very good taste like a chocolate shake and I had my first shake at 8:30 this morning and it’s now 2:45pm and I’m just now becoming hungry again . I’ve been ripping and running all morning so I didn’t have any snack in between just water.just purchased the French vanilla and the rich chocolate one as well so we’ll see . . . So far so good

First off, the taste is surprisingly decent—like chocolate mixed with a hint of regret. But let’s be real: no one buys protein powder for the flavor. You buy it to fuel your gains and skip a meal! What I didn’t anticipate was the aftermath of my new “gains juice.” Within hours of my first shake, I transformed from a mild-mannered gym-goer into a one-person gas chamber. I was this close to getting an eviction notice from my own apartment! I thought, “Is it the beans I had for lunch?” No, my friends. It was the SlimFast working its magic. Every squat came with a symphony of sounds that could only be described as a walrus mating call. My dog even looked at me like, “Dude, are you okay?” My roommate has started charging me rent for every time I pass by the living room. This actually makes a yummy thick chocolate shake! If you are counting points with Weight Watchers, it's one point per scoop, but then you have to count the milk, so it ends up being 5 or 6 points for a meal. But it's yummy and actually holds me pretty well until the next meal. Thanks!

Great meal replacement shakes! I sometimes add powdered peanut butter which is wonderful as well. Great value for the money as it makes a whole meal! Cutting down on carbs by replacing certain breakfast and lunch items with a shake has given me more energy and losing a few pounds as well.

I love this flavor and it definitely tastes like strawberry-banana and without any artificial flavor. I use this to make a protein smoothie with some sort of nut milk or lowfat milk, Greek Yogurt, frozen or regular banana, fresh strawberries and frozen strawberries. The blending and ingredients, make the smoothie to expand and get fluffy, so it's more like a delicious milkshake!

I bought the Vanilla Cream and Creamy Chocolate flavors and both were a bit disappointing. I don't know if it's my blender but the Vanilla Cream has a gritty texture no matter how long I blend it and the taste is not very good. It's hard to pin down just what it tastes like but sometimes I get a hint of vanilla cake batter. That's what the Vanilla Cream tastes like to me. The Creamy Chocolate, on the other hand, is decent, but it's barely chocolatey. I mix it sometimes with a little chocolate milk just so I can actually taste the chocolate. Both products are OK but I've had much better. I won't be buying these again.
