Sonos has easily become the new must have sound system. It is pricey but it sounds so good and is well worth the investment. I bought this to go with my Beam and mini sub. It was nice and completed my system. Easy to set up.

These speakers are amazing and with the WiFi capability and the integration with Home Assistant I have taken my music listening experience to an entirely new level. I was using Oontz bluetooth speakers in various locations of my house, connecting to a given set whenever i wanted to listen to music in that space, charging the batteries when needed, but now, i can easily switch between speakers on the fly. There is no lag with playback and switching either, which was a problem with the bluetooth speakers i have. I bought one to try it out and the next day, bought another one and today, bought a third one. I am replacing my entire audio ecosystem with these speakers. They are AMAZING, especially if you have Home Assistant and are into automations. My lights, and now my music, turn on in my Master Bath every morning at 0500 for shower time. I can't say enough good things about these speakers. Oh wait, yeah, the sound. SOOOO good. Very deep bass, plenty of volume, EQ settings. Integrations with every music service I have, Plex, YouTube Music, Spotify, even Soundcloud. Total epicosity!

What a shame. When they work the sound is amazing. The problem. They never work for streaming music because of a woeful update to its software. Even the NYT, which once recommended the system as the best has changed its mind. About three months ago Sonos updated its system software that literally rendered my entire Sonos speaker system (This Sonos Era 100 included) useless. To use this system as a music streaming device, you must use the Sonos App. Sonos used to have one of the best apps in the business. Intuitive with amazing functionality. A few months ago they tried to update it, basically trying to make it look more like Amazon music. It was an utter failure. Folks like me are wanting to sell their entire system. I stayed with sonos for three months now since they promised they would make things right. They have not. The speakers stop streaming music after playing just one song. Nearly no commands work correctly. When I tell it to stop playing a song. It does not listen. I manually have to press the button on the speaker. This system was developed so you could talk to it and play all music across an entire CD. That used to be possible. Now it is not. Literally stops playing after one song. Via voice prompt, when you tell it to go to the next song, it cannot. We Sonos music streamers have lost the capability to stream music directly from our device's own music library. Many of us bought Sonos because we wanted to have great speakers that would directly play music from our phones or our shared music library folders on our computers. That functionality has ceased to exist. Run! Don't walk. And return these speakers. Their only use today is as a bluetooth device where you have to physically press each song you want to move onto via whatever controlling system you have for bluetooth. The Sonos incompetence here I cannot overstate. A once great company and music system has fallen. Such a shame. It did not have to be this way. If I could speak to the CEO of Sonos I would tell him this: Your bread and butter was your speaker system, not headphones, not other products. Get back to the basics. Restore the streaming functionality that allowed us to enjoy music via touchless voice commands and software that was once top notch. I have five Sonos speakers for sale. I hate to do it, but I am making all my speakers Amazon speakers. At least Amazon respects it customers by doing research before launching new products that destroy the functionality of what used to be. Goodbye, Sonos. Forever!

(4.5/5) I was apprehensive about purchasing a pair of these after reading so much online about the connectivity issues. We don’t have the strongest or most advanced WiFi network so I anticipated having issues—and I did. I hit my frustration threshold after trying for a couple hours to connect to my WiFi in the initial system setup. The simplest of things were just not working and troubleshooting tips online weren’t helping. Left them alone to tackle it again the next day. I had the same issues on the next attempt. So I gave in and called Sonos Support—they were wonderful. I had to download an app on my laptop and download a couple updates. The customer service rep guided me through the process and was just as excited as I was when we got everything working properly. I mention all this first because I know concerns about connectivity/issues with the app might stop a lot of people from buying these. While certainly not as easy as it should be, issues were fixed relatively easily through Sonos support. And my God—the sound quality of these speakers are amazing. You forget any troubles you had the moment you turn up the volume on your favorite music. I do consider myself an amateur audiophile and these speakers are worth the money. Hopefully Sonos is making progress with their system so that less people have to call support just for the initial setup. Removed half a star just for this. TLDR: Connectivity issues are real but fixable; sound quality is amazing.

Tengo varios productos Sonos, siempre confiables muy fáciles de configurar y este en especial me encantó aunque no tenga Dolby Atmos, se escucha espectacular, llena el espacio perfecto para una sala mediana.

I run two of these with a Sonos sub-woofer electronically coupled to one of them. I have them configured in two different connected rooms with Spotify over my phone through our WIFI network so they play simultaneously and fill the rooms with really nice sound - surprisingly good actually for such small units. I do recommend adding a Sonos sub-woofer (I used a sub-mini) to fill out the tones and the rooms. It isn't cheap but is well work the money. FYI - the Sonos app isn't particularly intuitive or helpful in my view but you can get around it once installed and setup on your network by working directly through Spotify by selecting the Sonos speakers as your output device.

The sound is exquisite and could tell just by the initial sound testing done. Small yet powerful and sleek design fits into any decor. They are easily transported to move the experience to any room of your home. The only problem I had was a horrible delivery experience in that was 3 hours late and could watch real time while my delivery man intentionally decided not to bring me my parcel on time but rather chose to divert to pick up extra income by delivering extra products to local dwellings not far from my home. and due to GPS tracking on my Amazon feed was able to watch him disrespect my time by choosing to ignore the fact that I was the last person on his original route and was on time for my delivery until he decided to pick up more income. ! He knew that there was a secure password that I was required to provide in order to claim my parcel such that I had to make sure that I was home in order to receive my package. I had to change my plans twice due to this fact so I was very angry that the second time was because of the driver having no respect for my time and did not hesitate to inconvenience me . I was witness to this disrespect in real time watching him stop down the road from me repeatedly and turn around several times to go in opposite direction to make quick door dash type deliveries instead of prioritizing me the original last Amazon delivery on his route! Three hours later and my plans ruined but I finally got my so called secured package delivered!
