My favorite thing I own. I live in these things. 14 hours a day. 6 days a week. Sound is great. Control app is simple. Battery lasts 2-3 full days. About 100-150 yard Bluetooth range. Charging is super quick. I think 20 mins gives 10 hours of run time. Owned for about 2 years. I have 2 pair. Bought both used. Zero issues to date.

LOVEEEEE I wear these everyday since I’ve bought them and they have great quality, amazing noise cancellation for the gym very simple to use, somtimes when doing Lat pulls at the gym my arms would touch the side of the headphones and my music would stop witch would be annoying but everything else loveee it’s very sleek looking and for the price the quality is good and the battery life is great

I'd like to say these are the best headphones either of us own. However my wife finds that wearing them for extended amounts of time gives her a headache. They are a bit tight and can apply to much pressure. Still very good sound and base. Got them on sale so I still think it's worth a shot to try them

I bought these because I didn't have any Bluetooth headphones. These sound wonderful, I have no complaints in that regard. They have a long battery life and they look great! These are not perfect headphones though. If you're wearing them for an extended period of time, or if you're sweating a lot, moisture might build up on the inside of the headphones where your ears reside because they are closed-back style. This can get pretty gross/uncomfortable feeling, and possibly damaging to the headphones! Although I haven't noticed any actual damage to them myself. Another problem I've had is most likely a software issue. When these headphones connect to my phone the volume bumps up to nearly maximum, and even after I turn it down once it's connected it will jump back up and be very loud. Usually I catch it before it's a problem, but it shouldn't have to be doing this in the first place. Overall though I am satisfied with my purchase and my negative points are not huge problems to me.

The price of these can’t be beat. Came brand new in the sealed box and Sony paperwork. Work great, sound great, comfortable

If I can get used to the controls of these headphones I won't be returning them, and I hope I don't have to. The older pair of sony headphones I was using (The Sony WH-CH700N headphones) had much better controls, a physical switch that can be pressed up or down to skip songs, and pushed in to pause them, another two buttons on the right to increase or decrease volume. These buttons that worked great have been replaced by a touch pad interface on the right headphone. Swipe up or down for volume, left or right for navigating songs, and tap the center to pause or play. Really cool idea, but when I have to make 4 attempts to pause my music instead of the one button push that always worked the problem is obvious. I'm a strong advocate of the phrase "If it isn't broken don't fix it" why are you innovating to make your product worse, and more annoying. I'll be testing these for a week and if it's a consistent problem I'm returning them. The sound quality is great and so are the noise cancelling and ambient noise features, but it's not that much of an improvement over my old WH-CH700N model, which as I mentioned also have better controls, If you are going to innovate have it be an improvement. Update: It's even worse, there's this feature called "Speak To Chat" which I never want enabled but if at any point two fingers touch the control sensor, it turns on this option that whenever I speak it turns off whatever I'm listening to and plays my voice. I never asked for this option and you can't permanently disable it from being activated. Stop giving me features I don't want. Stop forcing them on me. I never wanted speak to chat, I never will want it so let me disable the feature on my headphones so your garbage doesn't interfere with what I'm listening to. The first time I reviewed this product it was 3 stars because the control interface, since then it has dropped to a 2, and now to a 1, it's beyond annoying, the worst part being that these headphones sound great, have excellent noise cancelling, they are very comfortable, I really enjoy them but it's a constant annoyance to deal with this touch pad, I set the pair down and the touch pad lands face down, it unpauses whatever I'm watching, the most common accident being an increase or decrease in volume or a song skip/restart. It's just a mess, I still have my old headphones that have physical buttons as I mentioned above, but they don't sound as good. Why? That's all I have left to say. Why. Why this touch pad interface, is it such a marketable feature that it's worth sacrificing the functionality? Buttons, PLEASE.

I was skeptical about spending this much for a headphone. I thought it would just be like 10% improvement over a headphone that costs 5k, but NOP, this one is like 150% improvement. I loved it and has been using it for the past 10 months daily without any issue. Totally worth the money. Only issues I had was of the automatic-power-off based on wear-detection. Its sensor can get easily blocked by moisture or dust and then it will think you are no longer wearing the headphone and turn it off. This has happened 3-4 times in the past 10 months. It get fixed if I clean the sensor. The sound quality is just next level. Noise cancellation is unbelievably good. The build quality is so good that even after 10 months there is not a single sign of wear and tear. Nearly all other headphones starts flaking by this time, but this has not.

No doubt this is one of the best ANC headphones, I was previously using Sennheiser BT 4.50NC the ANC in XM4 made my Sennheiser sound like it never had any ANC at all, I had opted for the renewed ones when I got a nice deal 17.5k , and I had issues which I started noticing exactly after 1 week when my return period got over , After continually using for few hours I started getting some sort of wind static noise when the ANC is ON , it was super annoying, when I googled this it's a very common issue with all XM3 and XM4, so I had to go through the sony service center and they kept it in observation for 2 days , initially they told they couldn't reproduce the issue, but next time I recorded the noise and showed them and fair enough they replaced the whole headphones (except for the earcups) , so I kinda got a new headphones and the new ones works perfectly fine. In the end I'm happy it turned out good , so make sure if you are purchasing u test out wearing it continously , I'm guessing it's because of some moisture issues when u are wearing for a really long time.
