Quality supplement. This definitely boosts the vitamin d in your blood. When I had mine tested, it was between 63-67 from taking 5000 ius every day. This brand makes good supplements. I have a few they make. There are no side fx with this. I usually take this after I eat breakfast. They're not too big and easy to swallow.

What is there to say? It's good stuff. The MCT oil means that it won't go rancid, it's a large (but not mega) dose of D3, and adding K2 should mitigate any issues with the higher D3 dose. The pills are small and roundish, which makes them easy to swallow. The coating is rugged enough that I've never had one break, but still soft enough to easily swallow.
