I truly believe every 2 cat household has one treat-guzzling garbage disposal who will eat anything, and one cat who is super picky. I'm happy to report that these treats are beloved by both of my feline friends. My picky girl has dental disease which makes it difficult for her to chew many treats, but she does just fine with these if I cut them into smaller pieces with kitchen scissors. The treats vary in size, but most are around the size of a walnut. As a pet mom, I am thrilled with the high nutrional value of these treats. I appreciate that they are single-ingredient and promote healthy, clean eating for my fur babies. I do not notice a strong odor as others have mentioned. What I do notice, is if you tear them apart with your fingers, you will be left with a little oily residue on them, but that is to be expected given what they are made of. The residue washes off easily with soap. I believe these are a great value for their price given that they are pure, raw food items. I am happy to pay for the quality, high nutritional value & joy they provide my pets.

If you're looking for a treat that will make your dog's tail wag faster than the speed of light, then **Stella & Chewy's Freeze-Dried Raw Single Ingredient Beef Heart Treats** are the way to go. 🐾 **Pure and Simple**: These treats are the epitome of simplicity. With a single ingredient – beef heart – you know exactly what you're giving your furry friend. No hidden additives, no mysterious ingredients, just pure beefy goodness. 🥩 **High-Quality Protein**: The freeze-dried raw beef heart is not only delicious (according to my dog's enthusiastic munching) but also packed with high-quality protein. It's perfect for maintaining lean muscle and supporting a healthy diet. ❤️ **Love at First Bite**: From the first treat, it was clear that my dog was in love. The rich flavor and satisfying crunch had him doing all his tricks without being asked – a testament to how irresistible these treats are. 🌿 **Healthy Snacking**: I appreciate the fact that these treats are grain-free and filler-free. It's a healthy snack that I can feel good about, and it fits perfectly into my dog's raw diet plan. **Rating**: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (5/5 stars) In conclusion, Stella & Chewy's have outdone themselves with these treats. They're a hit with my pup and a staple in our home. Whether you're training or just spoiling your dog, these treats are a heart-healthy choice that will keep the tail-wagging and the love flowing. **Pros**: - Single ingredient for transparency - High in protein - Supports a raw diet **Cons**: - Your dog might never want another treat again! - These are a little smelly which is good for your furry friends, I highly recommend keeping them in an airtight sealed container. So, go ahead and treat your dog to **Stella & Chewy's Freeze-Dried Raw Beef Heart Treats**. It's a small way to show a whole lot of love.

A few years ago, I started feeding my ferrets homemade raw food instead of kibble. (For those who don't know, ferrets are obligate carnivores, like cats.) Heart muscle is an important ingredient in any raw carnivore diet. I was using pig hearts from a local Vietnamese market, and it was so annoying, having to freeze them, thaw them, cut them up... the smell was awful... I also felt like I had to cook it just because, well, pigs are notorius disease transmitters... Then I found these. Yes, the bag is expensive. But you have to factor in the "freeze dried" of it all. Freeze dried heart muscle has the same nutrient value as raw heart muscle at a fraction of the weight. Where I was paying around $5 for four raw pig hearts, I now pay around $30 for this bag of, as far as I can tell, over a hundred chicken hearts. Then, factor in effort. Where before I had to freeze and thaw and cut and cook and store, now I just drop a few freeze dried hearts into a blender with some chicken meat and done. As a result, I am actually putting more heart meat into my ferret food and the effect has been similar to when I first started feeding them raw food. They are noticeably softer, more active, and more playful. The one who's always been my softest now feels like pure silk, and the "old guy" has his youthful spirit of adventure back. Nothing has changed except me replacing cooked organ meat with freeze dried organ meat and being able to put more into each batch of food as a result. The takeaway: freeze dried organs are indeed as nutrient dense as whole raw organs - more nutrient dense than cooked organ meat. They are also far easier to handle than whole raw organs. My own journey from kibble to raw diet has proven to me the positive effects of feeding any creature what it is in that creature's nature to eat, and these freeze dried hearts are a convenient way to add some healthy meat to a pet's diet.

My Yorkie is very picky with his foods. This liver treat I ordered, my Yorkie loves it! To be honest it smells terrible but it is according to packaging, A safe and natural treat.

I bought these in hopes of using them for training. My dog loves them. The pieces are a variety of sizes and I learned that they really can’t be broken up into smaller pieces. It’s a bit difficult to break them and they are of a different texture I side that was a little on the slimy side. They weren’t good for training but my boy still enjoyed them.

My daughter’s two poodles are so spoiled. I bring these when I visit and they give me the stare down. I ask them what they want and they move towards the door staring at me, take me to kitchen and stare at their treat jar until i give them one. However, one isn’t enough and they bother me all day for more!

They’re pretty small, which I like. Means the chickens weren’t overweight. It’s nice and dry, not oily or fatty. Best value and quality!

Miss Fussy Pants is so hard to please even with treats. I have been looking for a treat that wasn’t just liver or one that wasn’t full of chemicals. I found this one and decided to give it a try. It comes in miscellaneous sized chunks in the bag. You can break up the pieces and add it to their crunchies or just as a treat. I love to bury them in a big pile of blankets and let my pupper dig them out. These were an excellent find. I also have no worries about quality as I’ve always been happy with Stella and Chewies. Totally recommend 100%

Stella & Chewy's Freeze-Dried Raw Beef Heart Treats have been a fantastic addition to my dog's treat collection! I love that they are made from a single ingredient, providing a healthy and nutritious snack without any fillers or artificial additives. The freeze-drying process retains all the flavor, and my dog goes absolutely crazy for them! The 85g bag is a good size for training and rewarding, and I appreciate the convenient packaging that keeps the treats fresh. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that the treats can be very hard to break up, making them less ideal for on-the-go snacking. However, they are perfect for using at home or during training sessions. Overall, I highly recommend these treats for anyone looking to provide their furry friend with a tasty and wholesome reward!
