I got this to protect my new glass top stove and I love ❤️ it ! It’s a light teal it matches my kitchen and it provides protection for stovetop and keeps it clean it’s also food safe food grade silicone I’m very happy with my purchase I would recommend this and because it’s silicone you can use it right after you use your stovetop it won’t melt I highly suggest getting this It’s a good value and keeps my stovetop clean o got sick of it getting dirty I’m very happy to have this. It can also be used for under a dish drying rack as a mat bit move is for my stovetop. I’m glad I got this. I love it

I like the fact that it keeps my stovetop from breaking as the microwave is over the stove. I haven’t had anything really heavy fall on the stovetop from the microwave. I just wish it were like 1-2 inches wider—it was the largest available. Should a bowl of food or something comparable fall on the stovetop and the top survives or not, I will rewrite my review based on experience. Looks nice. Can’t even tell there’s a black mat on the stovetop.

(Beige,28x20) Perfect size to cover the 5-burners on my gas stove top. I have very little counter space and it's split 1/2 and 1/2 on each side of the stove. A royal pain to prepare foods. This cover adds 100% to the usable space for food prep! I put the foods and dishes on the mat-covered stove top and have the counters for prep activities like chopping, rolling, etc. It also keeps the stove top cleaner!! When I use the stove burners, I just fold the mat up, then wait for the stove top to cool, and place it back. It's easy to wash off in the sink. The beige 28x20 lies perfectly flat. It doesn't slide around on the burners. I am 100% happy with it.

Happy to report this is the perfect size and fit. I suspected it would be thicker, but the thickness is excellent thus making it not as bulky. Great price, resists scratches and most importantly, the functionality of this is excellent. I have two kitties, and they like to jump up on the counter, especially well after I’ve made hot meals on the stove. This gives me peace of mind that they won’t burn their little toe beans, and it protects the stove top surface overall. Definitely recommend!

When I empty the dishwasher this mat has an upraised surface on one side (FYI: its smooth on the other side) to place glasses and other dishes that might need a little airing-out if I don't have time to dry towel them before storing. This is a real plus for this glass stove top protector mat. I can then reverse it to its smoother surface to place items as I am unpacking my shopping. Most of us without professional size kitchens need as much counter surface as possible to make daily tasks easier! This was one of the reasons we stayed with an electric range vs gas upraised burners., we have gotten spoiled using it as another surface. This company provides various sizes so we were thrilled to purchase one that fits our glass stove top nicely - a little short on one dimension but that doesn't affect our uses of it - and it protects that glass top from scratches. Definitely recommend.

I bought this as one of my friends had their glass cooktop break as they dropped something on it and it was very expensive to repair. I have a cupboard above the stove and the silicone mat protects the top in case I drop something. The mat is a nice quality and has little ridges for extra protection. It is easy to clean. I bought the black for a black cooktop so it does not stand out. Highly recommend this product. Make sure you measure to select the right size.

Anyone who owns a glass/ceramic stove top, should have one of these. I purchased a new induction stove a few years ago. I was getting a glass bottle of olive oil from over the stove and of course it slipped out of my hand and straight through my induction ceramic stove top. It was going to cost more to replace the top than a new stove. Lesson learned, no heavy items over the stove!! While this item wont stop a stove top from shattering if you drop something heavy on it, it will offer some protection from pots and pans being scraped across it and small items dropped on it. I have a small kitchen with very limited counter space, this item was a marvellous idea to give extra room when not using the stove top. Having an induction stove top i can flip half the mat over to use two burners on the stove, while still giving me room to put a hot pot on, also very handy for putting hot dishes/baking sheets from the oven etc., as it will take temperatures of 450. This item is good looking, and functional, as it can also be used as a draining mat for dishes but especially handy as extra counter space for a small kitchen.

I always have a clean stove top and this mat makes the top of the stove look clean , keeps it clean. and protects my stove top from any scratches .
