This Stud Finder is an indispensable tool and should be in everyone’s home kit. It is extremely accurate and an excellent value. It has 5 scanning modes and easy to operate. I have two other stud finders, but this one is far superior. I strongly recommend reading the directions as they are right-on and accurate. As an example, my drywall is one-half inch thick, but my setting is on 1 inch scan due to the drywall texture. My son’s home has 5/8 inch drywall and the finder worked perfectly. I was so impressed with the performance, I purchased a second unit as a gift for my son. This is a device you’ll not use everyday. So what I have learned over the years, remove the battery until the next use. In summary, an indispensable little tool that is highly accurate with excellent value. You won’t go wrong.

It was a very good product. We used it to hang a mantel over our fire place. Super user friendly, effective at finding studs fast and easy. Definitely would recommend this product as it did the job and it did not break the bank.

This stud finder got the job done and actually helped us avoid some electrical wiring. We’ve not intentionally used the other functions fully so I can’t speak to those as much. No issues with accuracy and the backlit screen is easy to read. Good budget friendly option that doesn’t break the bank.

Bought this to replace my old one that I've had for 20 years. No frills, but it works well enough. Old one only found "close" to the edges, and you had to approximate. This one finds dead center fairly well, no guess work. If you want one better-be prepared to spend $200. Great for homeowners/handyman that has some knowledge and is looking to hang artwork, TV mounts etc. Does what it says it does.

Generally, I can wait a few days to receive my order but this I wanted the same day delivery. Unfortunately, it was delivered until 2 days later. I received a noticed that if I didn't the product anymore that I could 'cancel' it, which I couldn't do through the Returns & Orders. There was not option to cancel it. When I received it, I used it since I was putting up some shelves. I slowly pushed the stud finder side to side and it would not detect the 2x4; I made several attempt but finally it did. I made the mark where the 2x4 was detected but it was in the wrong place. I made two holes in the wall in which each one was in the wrong place. I had a standard stud finder that I purchased from Home Depot which worked very well and accurate. I would not recommend this product.

Easy to use, thorough detection and safety instructions. In using stud finders in the past, I always was afraid of hitting a hidden pipe or electrical wiring but with this stud finder I had no such worries because it detects wood studs at differing depths, detects metals, and detects electricity and includes clear, concise instructions on how you are to avoid those dangers using this stud detector. Also, it was nice to have instructions, and a troubleshooting quick start guide that were easy to understand and weren't written in microscopic print.

great product, seems pretty accurate. I tested a few spots where I knew there would be electricity and AC and it quickly picked up on both. Also did not have a problem finding studs, I'm very happy with the product!

Product arrived quickly and with battery included. Easy to set up and could work out how to use without even reading instruction booklet. Tested on 1/2" and 1" studs and found every time. Tested on electrical wiring and found no problem - if anything a little too sensitive and could detect wiring from 6" away. Tested on metal joists and metal pipe and found no problem. No function for plastic pipes. Metal joists and studs, perfect and can really line up where they are. Wiring gives an approximate of where they are. At this price i really can't fault it.

So glad I chose this stud finder. It shows where the studs start and end, also pinpoints the center of the stud. Can also be used to find electrical wires and metal studs. Awesome product!

Love this handy tool easy to use and very accuracy to Help me find the centre of the stud. Installation are steady for my 75” tv wall cracker. Now I can enjoy watching movie in a right angle.
